Taking zopiclone one day (monday, skipping (tuesday), taking wednesday, skipping thursday, taking saturday, skipping sunday for example (taking3/4 times a week) j can take zopiclone also for months or years and he dosent' create tollerance and dependance making this strategy?
As long as you have sufficient breaks to break that cycle then it won't be classed as long term use but the question is if you want to rely on tablets for sleep

Sir ❤
I have a very urgent question.
I haven't slept from last 2 days 😢
I am suffering from Somatoform disorder, Schizotypal personality, OCD, hallucination ,delusion
I am on Tab Fluvoxamine and Aripiprajole.
Sir can I take Plant based Gaba supplement for sleep with SSRI Fluvoxamine and Aripiprajole antipsychotic?
Is it safe to take plant based gaba supplement with this medicines?
I shall be very grateful to you
Hi, I cannot comment on plant based supplements as I simply do not know about them, what they actually contain and how they interact with others. Therefore any extra meds you need you'll have to ask your specialist who started you on those meds.
I know this an old video so you may not see this but.. i have asd and adhd and have struggled with sleep for years, ive tried mirtazapine, diazapam and zopiclones all work short term for first week but then dont help anymore and the diazapam makes me way worse i get more anxiety on it than off it. Is there anything you would recommend to try instead?
Maybe Amitriptyline/Nortriptyline
@@TheCaringMedic thank you for the reply
Took 7.5mgs of remeron once I could barely walk around when I woke up.Never tried it again. Was dose to high?
No, thats the lowest dose but side effects can occur at any dose
Mirtazipine (aka remeron) is actually stronger at the lower doses when it comes to sleep.
Trazodone? It makes me groggy, though. Half an Ativan helped me, but I try to not reach for it often. Looking for something to help with my contract allergies making my nose just clog up, I wake up at midnight unable to breathe because odd congestion.
Steroid sprays and sterimar might help with your congestion
Is alanzopine good for sleep
Not recommended for sleep on its own but as part of a mental health disorder or psychotic episode
Doctor. I’m 30 years old and my job requires me to go from working day shift and night shift every month. I’ve been doing for about a year now but the past 4 days I have had trouble transitioning to day shift. (Sleeping at night) has been very difficult. I come home from work tired and get to sleep but I can’t sleep for more than 2 hours. I need help
You simply need more regular set shift pattern as your current shift pattern it disrupts your sleep cycle
Do over the counter histamine products effect the bodies recovery from exercise? Will it inhibit growth in any way?
Can possibly make you feel tired or drowsy but have no steroids in them to affect growth
Very informative thank you. I find that zoplicone helps you fall asleep which I have a problem with, other tablets help you stay asleep. I need ot find a similar tablet to zoplicone that puts me to sleep and over the counter. The hydroxine gave me horrible nightmares and the next day was awful and i couldnt even go to work, I felt shaky and anxious and it was an awful experience. I tried it again and same thing.
Thanks for watching. Hope you find something suitable for you.
Most sleep medications are very bad for your brain and can cause short and long term neurological damage, zoplicone certainly being one of them.
Probably not recommended by a doctor, but I use Zoplicone and half a tablet of over the counter doxylamine succinate and I sleep 7 - 8.5 hours.
Thnx it was well explained

I am an high BP patient and I use Bisoprolol at night and realized I can not use Melatonin because of interaction with Bisoprolol...pls what would you advise
You can switch bisoprolol to day time use
The best sleep medication I’ve ever taken was 30 mg of oxazepam, that used to knock me out completely.
That will
Ashwaganda plus magnesium
Hi doctor im using Domonot for the pass 40ys when my second son was born. Now i still taking but cant sleep. 😢
Sorry I don't know what Domonot is
I am using Olanzapine for sleep but now a days Olanzapine not working mean difficulties fall in sleep.
Kindly suggested me what should I try
Olanzapine is not a sleeping pill or designed as such, it is mainly an antipsychotic drug with side benefits of being a sedative
What should I try for sleeping I already used Mirtazapine, Quetiapine,eszopiclon.....

Not familiar with that brand

I have used Zoplicone for years. It has been good. Not sure if maybe it makes it hard for me to lose weight though. I was forced to skip a day a couple times, or I ran out, and my libido would skyrocket after discontinuing, so it might be messing with my hormones.
Any addiction or side effect problems ? Can i ask how many mg you take ?
@@briechilli4496 well, I kind of feel like I am stuck on using something strong to help me sleep. I kind of wish I wasn't in this situation. I think I'd be able to sleep if I had a girlfriend or someone live with me and help me set my sleep routine. I'm pretty sure I'd sleep when she sleeps. By myself my circadian rhythm doesn't work. I can sleep if I substitute with some prescription strength sleep meds. I think I feel better during the day if I use Etizolam. But that is harder to get these days. I only had 1 day where I wasn't able to use a sleeping med in the last several years. My libido was super high that day after not using a sleep medication. So, it might effect libido. I think it might make it harder to lose weight also. But, probably not much.
Which medicine does work for a long period for insomnia please let me know bcz already i have taken mirtazepine, amitriptyline, clonazepam, alprazolam but none is good... I am looking for a new Medicine which would be the solution of my insomnia for a long time

I got insomnia from side effect to lexapro but never got better (I didnt even need it since I dont have anxiety or depression I had more long covid symptoms but my doctor is an idiot). Even 2 months after stopping the insomnia kept getting worse. I've tried doxylamine which worked for a very short time, mirtazapine also only worked for a short time and no estazolam. Which gives me poor sleep and now doesnt work. I dont know what else to do.
I think in your case, its not as simple as jumping onto another sleep medication, I'll recommend seeing a sleep therapist, you can be managed online or in-person as you prefer

I'm not one to post on the internet but I have a question could someone who has never had sleep problems to suddenly have it and could it be permanent?
Sleep can affect anybody and depends on underlying triggers such as stress if they're long lasting
I've tried, seroquel, vallium, mirtazapine, stillnox, valporate, amitriptyline, and a lot more and nothing seems to help my chronic PTSD and insomia besides weed
Trazodone. I buy it myself online since the nhs would rather let me kill myself due to sleep deprivation from insomnia from ptsd. Yes, there might be underlying causes but the nhs doesn’t treat those either. I want to tell these sanctimonious doctors to die, to torture them by keeping them awake so they know viscerally how debilitating it is. So fucking what if they need diazepam to sleep? Is constant suicidal ideation better than medication for sleep? For the nhs so called doctors, yes.
Omg, I sound completely unhinged. That’s cause I haven’t slept a wink and have to work in 1 hr. thanks so much nhs, for complete dereliction of duty and destroying the remnants of my mental health.
Hope your sleep issue has been sorted
