That AA roll is definitely what I would look for.
AA/E is a winner for sure.
I have that exact AA/E/15 on my Fixer and it is definitely a beast.However, my AA/FFR/DUR Enclave plasma flamer puts it to shame. Come to think of it, so does my vampires one as you almost can't die using that in PA.

Rolled a Bloodied 50 vats critical 25 less vats cost Combat Rifle. Shame I don't use rifles.
You might start a commando build ;)
Unfortunately Explosive breaks the Furious effect, so that would make that weapon pretty useless
Furious should be reworked in general. It is good with miniguns though.
