Pro tip, you can force dress spawns by entering and exiting Fort Defiance main entrance. If you do that around 10 to 15 times. All the dresses should spawn provided you've cleared your pickups.

Isn't Fly Swatter technically an Ash Heap event? I personally believe Bethesda should add a moderate drop rate for that uniform for Ash Heap events. Would make total sense since the Ash Heap is a fiery wasteland

I spent 6 months doing Fertile Soil, Project Beanstalk, Death Blossoms, Wolf Horde, Tea Time, workshop defends; finally got the Forest Camo Jumpsuit..one week later a second one. Sigh. Gave to husband. (BTW, you can just drop into Fertile soil all day and trip it at the agricultural center, great for daily robot challenges)
I had 3 fireman outfits some awesome dude dropped for me when I was a low level. I scrapped two thinking they were common stuff. I will live with this regret as my most biggest regret forever. For. Ever.

I have not played recently, but I have 3000+ hours. I have pretty much everything that I want, and I dont need caps to buy anything, so sometimes I sell rare items & good legendaries at train stations and in my vendor for cheap. It's great to hear that players are finding great deals. I will probably start playing again this winter sometime. Hopefully someone will find my super deals.

As someone who trades 99 out of 100 trades these are not traded for caps just fyi. They are traded for other trade only items, but if you’re selling it good luck! 😉🥰
@@addictiongaming76 I just don't know where to get a trusted middle man for trades. I don't trust people with these types of trades, it brings the worst out in people's greed. Edit: also, I just use cap price as a gauge for rarity (like if a roll has a close cap value even though it's trades only)
@SyIis market76 used to be a good place I’ve had well over 100 successful trades and used a courier once, just follow the rules (they are there to protect you and check the scammers list)

I don’t know if is still the case. Years ago the first time I got the red dress actually was a reward for doing the squatters daily. But it also spawns in the asylum also.
I’ve got over 2.5k hrs I’ve gotten the responders fireman helmet only as a drop. Everything else I traded for except on a couple lucky occasions. I found a BOS JS on the ground once🤣🥰🥰🥰. At least we had the means to trade for them!
I don't know man. I had the red asylum in my store for literal years at 100 caps. Nobody bought it until I dropped I down to 50 caps. Which is what I sell craftable nice looking craftable outfits for that I can just make.

Currently have the urban and forest scout but sadly they useless to sell cause for some reason i can no longer change colors on them soooo they stuck with the red viper paint so unsellable

Not technically ultra rare just easily missed same as the workers outfit and fashionable raider outfit could be or even the cave diver suit (which cannot be traded). Could go even further and include all the nuka cade stuff, nuka cola outfits and pa plans, mr fuzzy, …. These are not rare just overlooked which don’t fit the video. These outfits in this video you can literally attempt to get 1000s of times and never get them and they are trade only. Radicals mask not so much

Trade only means that you people don’t sell them for caps or shouldn’t sell them for caps. You can usually buy the radicals mask for people’s vendors or pay caps for it. You wouldn’t be trading a groll fixer for a radicals mask.

My buddy has received the leather coat 2x from Queen of the hunt. Gave me one, then scrapped his. I gave his back. Still grind it every time i play, playtime, idle explosives and queen of the hunt, when i can get it to reset, which is usually every other day...

Does having a high charisma + luck actually affect drop rates and luck? I’ve heard mixed opinions and I can’t confirm either side but I wanna know here should I run a high charisma as well as luck to have a better shot at these outfits?
Personally I don’t think it matters. I’ve got over 2000 hours in the game, and I’m still missing most of these. My main character is bloodied unyielding so I have high luck, charisma not so much. I’ve heard of brand new players getting some of these, obviously their luck/charisma is way low, that’s why I say it doesn’t matter.
Per Bethesda NO, the only thing it directly affects with drops is the degradation of your armor and weapons. If you craft 5 shotguns with low luck their “health bars” should be shorter than a character that crafts the same 5 weapons with a luck of 20. This makes those items worth more when you sell them to vendors and it can never be changed. Charisma affects how many caps you get for said items when you sell them to npc vendors. People, however, are very superstitious. Per Bethesda it has no actual effect on getting super rare in game drops. Some pple just have better RNG than others. However, if you feel it matters you do whatever you think will increase ur odds. Some people swear your house must be in the location of the item you seek. Tattered Field Jacket place ur house in the Mire, there’s literally a lot of superstitious behaviors floating around out there. You do you though!🥰🥰🥰. Tysm for watching!

No the colored asylum uniforms literally have three set spawn locations. There is one random spot in the bog where a color Asylum outfits. Workshop at bog town. building just south of the bank at the workshop. there is a green box next to a dead body on the top floor. I got yellow, green and pink from it. still no reds :(

So it changes and it’s diff on each platform. All of them are Trade Only meaning you cannot buy them for caps. The only way you can buy them for caps is if you run across someone who stuck one in their vendor (they don’t know what they have) or the same person sold it to a train station or other vendor. These items normally get traded for other rare apparel featured in this video or groll weapons or a mixture of both. Does this answer ur question?
It is from the Treasure Hunter event is on the rare side but comes no where close to how rare these items are. I would go so far to see the DC outfit and hat are less rare than a Hunter’s Longcoat. However, it is less sought after as the Hunter’s Long coat

So all the sites list very specific events and quests, which is why I mentioned I am not sure if any of the new events count and could possibly reward these outfits. No one knows if Eviction Notice, Moonshine Jamboree, or Test your metal can give these as rare items for rewards. Feel free to check the links I posted in the description. Hear me out all those outfits looks like trash to me except that scout mask! i don't care if it is rare because you should not grind something just because game mechanics pressure you with making it rare! its ok in only two cases, if you are veteran player and you have nothing to do or you like the specific items! otherwise you are just succumbing to rare game mechanics just like many ppl succumb to societal pressure. Well thats my personal opinion play however you want, rant over!
Yeah I'm with you. Some of these rare apparel look really bland to me so I don't get the hype behind them but it's good to know that if I ever get one of these, I could sell them for a crazy price 😂

The only items that I feel are truly rare and not worth trade only is the first 4 rare Fasnacht masks they were duped into the ground. Everything else seems harder to obtain, some people are unreasonable with what they want for their trades nowadays. If you watch them the trade is never completed in most circumstances. Currently have the urban and forest scout but sadly they useless to sell cause for some reason i can no longer change colors on them soooo they stuck with the red viper paint so unsellable
@ravinbunii6252 yeah not sure if it’s intentional or not, but yes I used to be able to change then to all different things in fact I changed the urban scout right before this video. If I hadn’t made this video when I did it would be stuck as well

Not technically ultra rare just easily missed same as the workers outfit and fashionable raider outfit could be or even the cave diver suit (which cannot be traded). Could go even further and include all the nuka cade stuff, nuka cola outfits and pa plans, mr fuzzy, …. These are not rare just overlooked which don’t fit the video. These outfits in this video you can literally attempt to get 1000s of times and never get them and they are trade only. Radicals mask not so much

@@notwokevikingrules401 yeah I know it’s tradable it just doesn’t work with the video. The cave diver cannot be traded at all as it is character locked. Trade only means that you people don’t sell them for caps or shouldn’t sell them for caps. You can usually buy the radicals mask for people’s vendors or pay caps for it. You wouldn’t be trading a groll fixer for a radicals mask.

@mrquebe4470 there’s so much and even I have a hard time knowing every rare mod and rare plan, which is why I’ve not covered it. It’s more a less a hit piece where every player would be out for my blood. I could try and cover like a top 10 or something. However, prices very on the really rare stuff ALL the time one week it will be 6k caps and the next it will be trade only

My buddy has received the leather coat 2x from Queen of the hunt. Gave me one, then scrapped his. I gave his back. Still grind it every time i play, playtime, idle explosives and queen of the hunt, when i can get it to reset, which is usually every other day...

Does having a high charisma + luck actually affect drop rates and luck? I’ve heard mixed opinions and I can’t confirm either side but I wanna know here should I run a high charisma as well as luck to have a better shot at these outfits?
Personally I don’t think it matters. I’ve got over 2000 hours in the game, and I’m still missing most of these. My main character is bloodied unyielding so I have high luck, charisma not so much. I’ve heard of brand new players getting some of these, obviously their luck/charisma is way low, that’s why I say it doesn’t matter.
Per Bethesda NO, the only thing it directly affects with drops is the degradation of your armor and weapons. If you craft 5 shotguns with low luck their “health bars” should be shorter than a character that crafts the same 5 weapons with a luck of 20. This makes those items worth more when you sell them to vendors and it can never be changed. Charisma affects how many caps you get for said items when you sell them to npc vendors. People, however, are very superstitious. Per Bethesda it has no actual effect on getting super rare in game drops. Some pple just have better RNG than others. However, if you feel it matters you do whatever you think will increase ur odds. Some people swear your house must be in the location of the item you seek. Tattered Field Jacket place ur house in the Mire, there’s literally a lot of superstitious behaviors floating around out there. You do you though!🥰🥰🥰. Tysm for watching!

I found a weathered asylum uniform in a laundry hamper in one of the Silos, not sure if that means the red asylum outfit in them aswell.

There is one random spot in the bog where a color Asylum outfits. Workshop at bog town. building just south of the bank at the workshop. there is a green box next to a dead body on the top floor. I got yellow, green and pink from it. still no reds :(

im lvl 451, and want the White Powder Jumpsuit. Ive only ever seen 3 people wearing it and ive done the missions 100s of times and never had it drop.
That 0.1% is brutal odds. You could literally do it 1000x and never get it

So it changes and it’s diff on each platform. All of them are Trade Only meaning you cannot buy them for caps. The only way you can buy them for caps is if you run across someone who stuck one in their vendor (they don’t know what they have) or the same person sold it to a train station or other vendor. These items normally get traded for other rare apparel featured in this video or groll weapons or a mixture of both. Does this answer ur question?

It is from the Treasure Hunter event is on the rare side but comes no where close to how rare these items are. I would go so far to see the DC outfit and hat are less rare than a Hunter’s Longcoat. However, it is less sought after as the Hunter’s Long coat

Edit: do workshop defend events count? Are they worth doing for a chance at these sick drip
So all the sites list very specific events and quests, which is why I mentioned I am not sure if any of the new events count and could possibly reward these outfits. No one knows if Eviction Notice, Moonshine Jamboree, or Test your metal can give these as rare items for rewards. Feel free to check the links I posted in the description. Hear me out all those outfits looks like trash to me except that scout mask! i don't care if it is rare because you should not grind something just because game mechanics pressure you with making it rare! its ok in only two cases, if you are veteran player and you have nothing to do or you like the specific items! otherwise you are just succumbing to rare game mechanics just like many ppl succumb to societal pressure. Well thats my personal opinion play however you want, rant over!

Been playing since release and have 0 really rare apparel...most are duped and people want way to much.
The only items that I feel are truly rare and not worth trade only is the first 4 rare Fasnacht masks they were duped into the ground. Everything else seems harder to obtain, some people are unreasonable with what they want for their trades nowadays. If you watch them the trade is never completed in most circumstances. Recently the TFJ is highly sought after, it changes all the time. 🥰🥰🥰. Tysm for watching!
