This watch is an homage of the "King Seiko 45" imo. But regardless: it's amazing. The hands are incredibly sharp and crisp and there is even quite some attention to detail like the brushing between the lugs. And I like to see this watch on a vintage style strap like this, dressing it down a little bit. It'll be available again in May, also with the blued second hand. Cheers!👍

Seiko, and most other manufacturers, seem to have something against customer choice... They all appear to like short production runs no doubt because it creates false shortages of specific models.
@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR When buying a watch like this, I am not concerned with the strap at all. From what I gather this watchmaker does work that is very well considered and of high-quality.
With other brands, they start to fall in price when all the reviews are out. With ET, they are sold out at that point. 😂 That guy making them could honestly build his own website and call himself a microbrand, nobody would raise a single eyebrow.
ET's are made in a Factory with 200,000 + production per month abilities as I have found their Fliegers there . There simply is not one Guy behind the scenes . Just sayin' 😂✌️

@@HonestWatchReviewsHWR yeah, that's a bummer. I'm hoping it will look okay on my ~6.78" wrist. I can wear a Q Timex Falcon Eye, and that's got a similar profile, but with hooded lugs and it measures to 44mm lug to lug. I don't think a multimeter in both directions will be too noticeable.
It seems like it borrows the slimmer bezel of the Grand Seiko SBGX347 (and King Seiko 45-7001), while extending it's thinner lugs out along the case, like the Grand Seiko SBGD201 (and King Seiko 45-7001).
I really like the watch and the strap... big issue I have having to buy both through AliExpress. I wish there was someplace else to get them as I have had nothing but issues when I buy through them.

That's a good idea. Was the the macro on this enough though? As I don't actually have a macro lens, or a camera for that matter. All my videos are filmed using my phone.

The only slight negative I had was the strap it came on... But that is easily fixed.

Try to clean up a watch before you macro video it. The dial is very nice but who’s to know if the dirty looking polish is any good 🤷🏼♂️

The way it works for the UK at least now, is that the VAT is added on at checkout depending on the value.
