@@RichPrice_livebyoc Thanks for the reply. The development itself...how far from the Lewes in time/distance...how far to Rehoboth beach and lastly, it's noticeable that the price point is lower than the developer's other sites....is this near anything like a town dump or brown fields (clean-ups) or density traffic? We noticed for example one development (by another builder) was butted up against a farm...while visiting there, a plane was crop dusting with the chemicals blowing into the properties...this was one reason we didn't sign on the dotted line...we don't want to be exposed to industrial chemicals or pesticides for farming.
@@matthewcrosson3874 No problem at all! 6 miles/13 min drive to downtown Lewes and 9 miles/20 min drive to Rehoboth beach. At the beginning of the video I show a bird's eye view on the map showing how this one sits just west of Rt.1 kind of between Lewes and Rehoboth. I like the location because its still close to everything but still a little bit out of the action and you can avoid most in town summer traffic if you want to. The further west location from helps with the pricing. May be easier to hop on a phone call to answer all your questions better. interesting
🙌🏼
How much more in upgrades to be near that model? Looks like $160k more.
I don’t know exactly but I think this one is closer to that $200k+ in upgrades with adding the finished basement and all details they had on this one.
