I celebrated my birthday in September and had a lot of feelings I wanted to share about entering my late 20s. I also started a new painting inspired by my recent trip, went to the art store, and got a new Fujifilm camera! Please enjoy~

I was you when I was 28, and I know it's harsh. Knowing how it is now, I should've been smarter about my salary offers & saved any money I had to get out of the house, regardless of how much comfort & stability my parent's place provided me. Personal space made me feel so much lighter & clearer. Sending hugs & strength your way :)
Oh girl 30 is a baby. I'm about to be 40 in the next few years, single and start over a career as a blogger. My life has never been this excited 🎉

You have done more by 27 than I have done at twice your age. The things you have access to and awareness of in these times were not around for many people before you were born. Just imagine where you might be 27 years from now, knowing what you know now and what you still have to learn! Allow yourself to relax, it’s all good.
I’ll be 35 next month and I still have no clue what is going on lol.. You’re doing way more then I did and you’re on the right path :) that’s for inspiring even your 30s people 😂

As a 32 year old i felt the same as you but when I finally turned 30 I learned that its okay to not have everything totally figured out. you can start over at any age and you're only as old as you feel. Life has so much to offer and I learned so much more about myself after I turned 30. Enjoy your life. have fun. Ageing is scary but it can also be so freeing.

Happy Birthday! Remember health is your wealth. They say 30s is at your peak so you still have that great feeling to come. With age I feel my body isn't what it used to be but my knowledge, wisdom and confidence is improving :) So don't even over analyse what you could have done or missed out. Try to work on it if and when you can. No pressure. Only we are our worst enemies when it comes to pressure.

27 hit me pretty hard too this year. I felt like I suddenly had to act a certain way / more mature just because people would expect it from me by now and not because I got more mature or something.

I think focusing on health is such a wise move. I don't know what happened, but it seemed like as soon as I turned 30, my body stopped working quite as well. I definitely recommend getting into good exercise habits, focusing on flexibility and mobility.
Hormonal changes. Natural. Same with me. 27-28 some things changed naturally.
I also heard something about it not being as easy to gain muscles after 30 and I don't have much upper body strength so I am worried !!

My job literally is affecting my mental and neurological health. I don’t want to leave because I feel sorry for my parents who have been continuously dealing with me and my issues. I dropped out of uni due to health 2 yrs ago but now I want to go back. This work really causes me pain and I want to leave. I want to go to uni and I want to do the things I wanted to do& not neglect them.
You've got the right attitude and already know 30 isn't anywhere near over, well done on noticing, not stressing too much, and tuning into what your body and soul needs.

Days and weeks is better than months ha ha! Once you're tipping into your thirties you'll hardly give it a second though besides having a big celebration!

Actually a lot of clothes I have are hand me downs from my mom, cousin, friends, or thrifted! Some favorite brands are Meals, Topologie, Uniqlo, Hoka~ if you ever see something you like, leave a comment and I can tell you!
