- Having written extensively about real estate market cycles and the relationship between real estate, banking, and liquidity, my podcast guest this week, Phil Anderson, director and founder of Property Sharemarket Economics, now has his sights set on the stock market.
Phil has studied historical trends in real estate, banking, and the stock market like no-one else and, in today's podcast, reveals the patterns he sees and uses to predict the next market downturn.
Tune in to hear one of the foremost analysts discuss ideas that are immediately actionable as you seek a pathway through the apparent economic chaos around us, and discover the patterns that make sense of it all.

Great interview Phil, you have often said your not a natural speaker at our meetings.I enjoyed this ,very natural mate 🙂
Thanks for the kind comment, Shayne, and yes, Phil is an authentic speaker and it certainly shines through in this conversation.
Phil is the best👍💵
I want to buy this book on Gann that Phil is producing.. PJA is a genuine writer of the truth and facts..
Will farm land go down in value in the downturn. ???
Can’t find that book he mentioned by Martin Fritzen. It was a good year? Anyone know where I could get that ebook or audible? 40:19
SOUND.
Yes, Adam's sound is too muffled.
Phil's mic setup works okay.
Tiny bit out of touch with the phone vs loneliness thing. Teen suicide rates are up, loneliness is at its peak. Surface level and temporary relationships have perhaps increased but long term, deeply connected relationships are rapidly declining. Genuine robust communities are decimated, replaced with hobby groups and silos. If the next period of severe hardship will be good for anything it'll be reversing these thrends as people go back to genuinely relying on each other in ways that aren't purely transactional
True
Correct.
Also, he's pretty off base about there being no "conspiracies"
As has been said..
“You don't need a formal conspiracy when interests converge.”
Its pretty ridiculous to think powerful people don't tip the scales to benefit themselves.
38:11 Adam asks: "What is the secret life of Phil Anderson's investment portfolio?"
Wow, what a rare dance of bobbing and weaving to avoid answering a simple question.
Could have given at least sectors he's interested in at the time. Amazing void. For what?
