Hi phill , I have read your book , found it very interesting , just a question with the covid 19 period , will this affect the cycle or prolong it , due to all the stimulation with the economy ?
It’s September 20th, 2024 at the time of this comment, the phase of the winners curse, the US Fed has recently dropped the Funds rate 50bps and the markets are so far at all time highs, I don’t know that I would be in the markets were it not for the knowledge of the 18.6 year cycle. Anticipating the real estate peak starting in 2026, till then prices at all time highs while much of the zeitgeist is crash and recessions!!!
