You glossed over the fact that this place had no fresh water. Huh? Part of the reason I watch these expat videos is to find out things the easy rather than hard way. In the US you will become unhealthy real quick if you don't be careful of what and where you eat. Restaurants are going to use the absolute cheapest ingredients possible so they can maximize profits. I'm trying to figure out the practices in foreign lands. If I go to Argentina, by default, you will be eating grass fed beef. Thailand has to import that from New Zealand so I looked up what fish is popular since beef is going to be more rare. Can you tell me what is up with the water situation and the oils used in restaurants to make your Panang Curry dishes? I'm hoping coconut oil is used exclusively.

Yes many of the buildings have potable water delivered and pumped into water tanks on a the roof. All the food here is amazing.
