It's great that your making videos promoting what equipment is on your site! Will there be one on the pasithea dac? Also when will product pages come up for the caldera, I'm so anxious to hear one.
@@7in1 i still have this amp & my sa-6, does not care at all too drive the arya, it sounds like it’s performing at ease even at loud volumes, it also sounds dynamic. the sa-6 is technically a better performer, does have deeper bass(tho is known to be bass boosted) & more nuance, the cayin generates pleasing tones for voices & other sounds that sa-6 doesnt, almost like comparing a nice neon light, nice juicy character too a led version, neon gives more expression. going back & forth and i feel like the cayin has this untouched organic sound while the sa-6 sounds more like a reproduction but is not bad.. both are great & have their purposes. if you have solid state i can recommend this, my tubes are nos rca clear tops for each slot & would also recommend those! doubled in life span compared too new gold lion tubes i had before
@@7in1 there are times where i do prefer my solid state, the cayin at night or whenever its cool is when i tend like it even more, sa-6 gets more use overall tho
just gonna retype some of it 😭 but i still have this & using it rn with arya v2, compared too singxer sa-6 the cayin has a more “oragin-ish” & untouched nature too the sound, sa-6 in comparison sounds more like sound reproduction but still gives more nuance & more bass but is known to be bass-y among solid states, cayin has good response too, the tubes i have now are nos rca clear tops.. these things are lasting me twice as long as gold lion tubes.. this amp also has ease driving arya
I want to try that new planar so bad... honest, all your headphones haha. One day I'll be able to afford a pair. Glad you're making videos on products :)
Hi Zach. Way to go, man!! Great presentation and thank you so much.
Thank you!!!! =)
Hopefully the HA-3A gets a separate video!
Editing it now!
Great to know! When it will be online?

Can you tell me how you feel about it now? Did you keep it? Is it still nice for you? Did you try Hifiman with it?

Love the look of this amp! 💜
As an owner of one, I can assure you that is sounds as good as it looks. I have never heard my VC's sound so good.
@@wesspangler oh! Jealous! Hopefully get a chance to hear one next meetup ha!
@@wesspangler which DAC you are using with it ?
No experience with them, but apparently there are a newly issued Western Electric 300b tube out now. Just got that info from upscale audio

Love to hear how your Glenn 300B compared to this
What about speakers? Kef metas?
My next amp :)
Very expensive though
You won't regret it, and for the money it's actually a killer deal for what you get.
@@wesspangler Well, what about more expensive then the 300b amp ?
@@wesspangler I have a Cayin amp already, so I know it's a lot of quality. And I want to try the 300b tubes for my HP. So...
Switch out the rectifier tubes from RCA to Sylvania
Zach how does it compare to air mountain ?
Have you tried the WE 300b tubes? They claim an expected life of 40,000 hours!
What's the massive blue tube amp to the left?
2-3 pm?
Hi there, may I know cayin ha-300mk2 vs 170i, which one is better for passive speaker? Not for headphone in this case
I havent used the 170i unfortunately, the 300B can drive efficient speakers very nicely!
could you make the videos high quality so that we can appreciate ZMF beauty more?
Oh whoops, 4K is processing, should be 4K within a matter on minutes!
Elrog 300b is the best tube
