But now its time to get back to cooking around here so today I hope you like these three chicken recipes we recently enjoyed! MEASUREMENTS AND RECIPE LINKS:

🌼Chicken Stroganoff
-1/ a yellow onion chopped
-2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
-1 tbsp of minced garlic
-2 tbsp of flour
-Cooking oil such as olive oil or avocado oil
-1 cup of low sodium chicken broth
-1/2 cup of heavy cream
-1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 tsp of salt (or to tatse)
-1/4 to 1/2 tsp of salt (or to taste)
-12 oz of egg noodles, the thicker amish style noodles are the best!!!

🌼Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
-2 chicken breasts lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
-your favorite buffalo sauce
-1 package of 8 tortillas
-2 cups of mexican style shredded cheese
-ranch dressing
-butter to cook with
Bake chicken breasts on 375° for about 20 minutes until they reach 165° internally. Brown the quesadillas on a griddle or a skillet.
Served with french fries!
🌼Bacon Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers
-6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
-1 lb of ground chicken
-1 package of ranch seasoning mix
-1 cup of mild shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 tsp of garlic powder
-sliced aged white cheddar cheese
-hamburger buns
-ranch dressing
Served with fries
Cook burgers in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until they reach 165° internally.
