That drill seems to be a combination tool, the motor shaft has a collet chuck, most likely intended for use as a router. According to the old decal, this indeed runs at 26000rpms.
Handheld woodworking routers (incl. CNC) use the same collet chucks, but this here is only meant to be used as a grinder (my fault, didn´t fully read the label!). The drill chuck has a 2-speed reduction, but the rear spindle runs at full speed. 00:29 "Drehzahl an der Spannzange 26.000/min. Nur Schleifkörper bis 26mm Durchmesser einspannen." Speed at the collet 26,000rpm. Only mount grinding wheels up to 26mm.
@@MWRestoration there's more to it you have to skim the grease of remove most of the water leaving the dirt which you discard save the now clear water add boiling water and more soap that's what I do always refreshing it saves on my over head and I wash combine parts

Купи набор выколоток чтоб не отверткой штифты выбивать 4. Ручка на дрели из пластика , просто полируется. 5. Под 0 заводской покрас необязательно вытирать. И грунт невидно какой, думаю праймер для пластика, но краска обязательно двухкомпонент ная. 6. Сьемником научись пользоваться, надо было ещё больший взять, даль в наборе небыло 7. Есть понятие о фиксаторе резьбы как болты изначально на кнопке были промазаны им 8. По болтам когда прикручивать редуктор видно что они уже вкручивались, резьба подзатерта, с какого дубля снял? 9. И самое главное просмотри сервис мануал ,или схему поидее под пружиной которая работает и давит на бронзовую втулку вала главного должна быть упорная шайба... Подшипники в корпусе редуктора игольчатые так понял менять не обязательно, и моются водой? Понятия промывки в бензине и продувки компрессором у Вас за бугром нету? Проводку на якоре желательно молярной лентой заклеить когда шкуришь, чтоб кривые руки не повредили ее, к автору не относится В прочим третий сорт не брак, на стенку повесить пойдет, но работать с такой покраской облезет. Белый грунт это вообще отпад. Праймер для пластика бесцветен
