Math class in schools should be relegated to a guiding teacher who introduces subject matters and helps us when we have questions. However the bulk of the instruction should come from clear and concise videos like this one which teach concepts in the most effective and polished way possible.

Currently on my midterm break. I have a test on the theorom of pythagoras on Monday. I'm filling my copy with notes about this and this video helped me a lot. I will tell you what my grade is when I get my result back!

These videos have taught me 3 things: 1. The internet is a much better resource of education than I thought previously. 2. Many things pertaining to math. 3. I've learned more watching 6 hours of these videos (total) than I ever learned in school in 8 years.
One tip when teaching beginners to take square roots (as in this video around 10 min.), after factoring the radicand, is to cross out every duplicated factor and put one on the outside. IOW: sqrt(108)=sqrt(2*2*3*3*3)=2*3*sqrt(3)=6*sqrt(3). There were two 2s and two 3s under the radical sign, I crossed them out and put one 2 and one 3 outside. There is one 3 left over which stays under the radical. Also, when you then teach taking the cube root, teach them to cross out every triple factor.
