Another concept greatly explained!!!! I just have a question. I read that according to SEBI guidlines, if an IPO gets undersubscribed and does not receive a subscription equivalent to 90% of the base issue size on the date of closure of the issue, it has to refund all the money it received back to the investors. Is this information correct? If yes, then what happens if the percentage is anywhere between 90-99%? And what will happen to the stocks that were not subscribed?

why didnt you upload all these series in 2017-18 i could have scored in all the exams cause i had choosen accounting and finanace stresm,but didnt know the basics of stock market that ruined it just calculation and accounting teachers used to teach. nobody explained the basics,your channel is valueable for students too.the way you explain is really very nice about stock market. glad found your channel.
