His first book, Inquire Within, comes out on March 31st, 2020. We talk about it in this interview, and it sounds absolutely incredible. I know a lot of us are spending a lot of time at home right now, so a book of amazing, uplifting poetry would be great to read in the upcoming month.
In this interview, we cover everything from poetry and love to pain and forgiveness. IN-Q opens up about his relationship with his father and how it’s made him who he is today.
You’re not gonna want to miss this one. Even if you’ve never read a poem in your life, it’s never too late to start that journey. Join me on Episode 934 to learn about love, loss, and words with creative genius and poet, IN-Q.

I’m walking away from this with two gems: 1) reverse engineering and looking back at my own 24 year old self and looking at what I specifically need to do in order to become who I want to be. 2) replacing the perspective of sacrificing comforts with the perspective of taking proactive steps towards where I want to be in my life. Thank you for these and congrats on your achievements! Keep going 🌟

He talks about the time when his girlfriend asked him why he was single at 39. I have also experienced this myself.. As a single woman just turning 40, I get asked this question often.. why and whats wrong with you and it always pierces the heart. His answer was exactly mine.. because I have waited to feel what is right. Who i am today is the woman I have always wanted to be. I spent the time sharpening myself not only for myself but for the right man. No better time than now to share that with another. Its admirable to wait for the right person, and I honor his answer. I admire him for that ❤️🙏🏻 Thank you

Don't waste your potential, because potential not acted upon turns into pain and depression. Whenever I make consistent progress with my TH-cam channel I feel most fulfilled. Even though I recently started and I don't get many views I stay at it. Tom Bilyeu says success is being able to accept yourself when you're by yourself. Taking consistent action will get you there. It's worth it. 👏✨

I learned that while we search for the answers on google or through other people, the answers you really seek can come from within by quieting the mind and allowing it to come forth. Hence why meditation is one of the best forms to achieve this. That was quite the nugget, thank you for this interview Lewis!

Every human life contains a potential, if that potential is not fulfilled, then that life was wasted...it's your duty to fullfill your own potential....no one else.... ”Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people....

This world with all its uncertainty and strife is also bursting at the seams with beautiful, clever, engaged human beings who know in their bones how to right every wrong. If the broken among us keep stumbling toward their light, eventually we will outnumber the dark.

I love the question of “who do I get to become” to make these dreams become a reality. It couples so powerfully with the idea of being present and grateful for where you are RIGHT now. I’m 100% in THIS spot of visioning the future of my desire to inspire kindness, but also enjoying the process. I just need to continually believe that where I am now, and accomplishing, is the path to the future. 💗 Thank you for this great reminder!

“I don’t try to control the experience” approx 38min in. And the thoughts of CoDependent love vs. UnConditional love. Calm cool and collected, to be of service-atta guy. I appreciate the confidence.

I love the part about loss being a part of the human experience, and that it makes things more beautiful. Such a great reminder to carry with you. Also, I know I can't be the only one who teared up during that poem lol
