There is a go to quixel profile button, which I clicked and I landed on My Library, where I can see all the stuff i got from the ages of Free for the Month on UE. But how do I know that I have the megascan, I don't see anything with that name in the library. I guess that is the "add the asset to my library" part of your explanation, but then again, how do I add them? Should I expect to have to do x thousands of clicks to add them individually, or is there "a thing" to click and grab all in one shot, and where?
Sounds like a grey area. I am thinking the same but I can't find a definitive answer. Once you click the link it doesn't add them to your library so no where does it say you either have to add them to your library manually or not.

I am not sure of every item but I checked a few and once I clicked the claim button and checked a few of the assets, it showed me that I have 'claimed' megascan, try once I think they updated the system now 😊

Same question as everyone else about adding to Library. Also, none of the Megascans are UASSET files so when you filter Quixel by Game Engine/unreal, the only compatible assets are the 10 packs. Also, Assets from Bridge are now giving me a not available in UAsset format, and only files in Bridge local will work. All projects requiring Megascans are at a standstill.
What about Bridge?⁉ Fab, or whatever they call it, as a bridge to directly import assets from their basic site into 3D software like 3ds Max, Blender, UE5, etc

@@mataku4635 Yeah, but as of now until the end of the year they're free forever. Obviously they'll still make new megascans, but those new ones won't be free. Although I read a few emails from UE and Team Quixel and they mentioned that every so often they'll have some more free assets available. But if you claim the megascans assets right now then you'll have more than enough to make video games/videos.
Besides little things like bringing back written reviews I like what I see of Fab so far. I've heard people are having issues but I'm sure Epic Games will take on community feedback to improve Fab over time. It has only just launched after all so there are bound to be some teething problems with such a large change to the ecosystem

I tested this and it the claiming them as shown on the screen at 1:17 adds the whole megascan library to your account (but doesn't download anything) in a single click.

@@etienne4081 I think I understand the confusion as I didn't notice that aspect earlier. We should still own everything, but I'm assuming not everything is added to our library as I mistakenly stated so our library isn't cluttered. So perhaps as long as the megascan assets we claimed aren't removed from the Fab/Quixel Bridge storefront, we should be able to add them to our library whenever since we now own their licenses.

Fab just released so the website is a little glitchy. If you are getting an error when trying to claim try again later.

It looks like you have to download thousands of assets one by one, unzip them, import them into you project and only then can you use them.

He is using the alpha version of the fab plugin,It has not been released yet. Soon it will be released for everyone to use and quixel will be gone ...
