You guys found some cool stuff. I really enjoy watching you guys enjoy your hobby. I look forward to every Wednesday. Thanks for sharing your adventure. 😀
Can’t wait for another episode of the Hoover boys! I trusted my gut to go metal detecting last week after watching your video and I found a KG 3 with a square nail imprint on the face at a rev. War house and my first 1786 NJ state copper!
I'm in Canada but literally ALL of my best spots have been spots I just hit on gut instinct OR spots that were supposedly hunted out. You never know! Always check them out.
That there was some good old dirt chew from back in the day. Always hilarious with you guys. Really cool boot pistol. And gotta love those silvers. Nice job guys.
Hey Kurt I just wanted to say thanks for the laughs and the entertainment of metal detecting me and my dad went metal detecting today and I found a 1723 hibernia and I found a crotle bell that is still ringing and it’s amazing
Great finds today!! My favorite is the Marines button! Looks like great fun, and you covered a lot of ground today. Thanks for bringing us along Kurt! Stay safe and God Bless my friends!
Kurt I give u alot of credit doing these videos over the years. It's not easy doing a video every week . I love the time we get to hangout and dig , nothing beats it . We do have the best hobby in world . Can't wait for the next dig
Looks like a Brass "Box-Lock Flint Lock" pistol. Very cool. Have you guys ever thought about trying to remake the missing parts on things that you find? That would be cool.
Damn I found that very same CONDUCTOR button. I though maybe it was a train conductors button because I found it about 3 blocks from an early train station from the Southern Tuckerton Rail Road. Mine still had a decent amount of guilt left too so they were well made by a decent button manufacturer. Of hand without going and digging it out if I remember right it was made in Philly or maybe New York but I think it was Philly. I love when I see other people find something I have and helps ID or date it. Good hunt guys
Nice hunt to everyone! Silver, tokens, old buttons… that gun!!! To bad you didn’t find that barrel, that would have been a nice restoration of history. Can’t wait to see what the next trip brings back to life… good luck everyone
Wow, what a cool pistol. Belgians made a lot of interesting guns over the years, including licensed Browning shotguns. Surprised no old silver or largies came out. Maybe it was hit before. Thanks!
Smiley got a plow-broken civil war era infantry bugle mouthpiece which is inside of the terret in the finds wrap up. Heck of a find, check little “pieces of pipe” closely for the rest of it!
Those are some great finds. That was a different one too bad you didn't find the barrel to the boot pistol but it is still nice. Happy digging and eat your lunch lol
That Train Conductor button is my favorite! This must mean your gonna dig something really good on the next hunt Kurt! Still an entertaining video, while I run on the treadmill lol.
I don't how you guys do it winter is no fun at least in idaho its frozen ground and snow. I'm sure glad you all brave the weather to make my winters so much better. Thanks again.
I watched the video on North Dakota and they got a lot of towns that are vacant now from the old western days and they find a lot of old stuff if you ever want to check that out and ghost towns they call him have a wonderful hunt and God bless you love all your videos
I have a request. I binge the watch the "bleep" out of your channel. I love it y'all are a great group of guys. My request is if you could reference the machines your using at the beginning and if you change. Not only is your show quality holsome entertainment but it's real time reviews of the equipment you use, which is very helpful and informative to your subscribers. I'm in the investigative process to purchase one or more machines y'all are teaching me a lot. Thanks for doing your videos and as well God bless you for serving your community as a fireman. I was a volunteer fireman in my ho.e town when I was a kid. It's kind of a thankless job but it is very exciting and gratifying. GOD bless and stay safe. Early Merry Christmas to y'all.
Liege, Belgium flintlock screw-barrel pistol, maybe a governor's pistol or vest pistol, missing barrel, hammer, and frizzen. This pistol is loaded by pouring black powder into the chamber, placing a roundball on top and then screwing the barrel down.
Hey guys as always. Your still killing it and by far my favorite channel. Was wondering I found a 1857 large cent today. But on the reverse it says Not one cent. Can't seem to find anything on line to compare too? Any ideas?
CALL HIM THE KEY MASTER. NICE HUNT GUYS I WOULD LOVE TO FIND A GROUP TO GO DETECTING WITH BUT SO FAR NO LUCK. I LIVE BY SUN CITY ARIZONA YOU WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE 1 OR 2 BUT I CAN'T FIND THEM. STAY SAFE AND GOD BLESS
Kurt may be that Hoover Presidential token is trying to tell you something. Maybe you should run for President in 2024, I'd vote for you, for sure. It amazes me how such a tiny silver object (merc) can make someone so happy, especially me. I can still see that first mercury dime I ever dug, eleven years ago, laying in the bottom of the hole, I didn't believe my eyes.
I am so looking forward to my first Indian. Like that collar button. What's the approximate age of that Hoover token? the thing at 9:40 looks like maybe a 1/2 of a compact or the back of a small mirror? Got paid a huge compliment the other day they said my channel was like watching "the Hoover boys without the colonial coins". lol
If that Marine Corps button ever comes up for sale. Keep me in mind. I don't mean to be inappropriate on your site, but that is the main part of my collection.
NNNNOOOOOOOO 😢 I really wanted to hear the bell…. Was there no bobble?? Did it not ring??? DONT LEAVE ME HANGING…. SOME ONE TELL ME….. Sigh thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼p.s. Gary’s nickname is obviously the flying key (always a flying eagle and keys)
"1914 barber... if this was a Wheaties this would be valuable". Me thinking... weird, I think I have a 1914 Wheatie. Checks coins.... yep. Can't make out mint mark though. Hmmmm... more research must be done. Thanks Kurt. 😊
You guys found some cool stuff.
I really enjoy watching you guys enjoy your hobby. I look forward to every Wednesday.

I’d pay for a Netflix subscription to watch the Hoover Boys. Definitely binge watch them over and over.

I loved that watch cover(?) and the Conductor button. So cool!😄
Going by 1st glance, Kurt with the hoodie and sunglasses you reminded me of the Uni-Bomber! 😜😜

I thought it was a bugle mouth piece when I dug it
Great hunt guys! That gun is wild!!!
Those 6 lever locks are great. My mate sent me one and I made a 'key' out of square nail-gun nails then copied it in brass and it works fine now.
I don't how you guys do it winter is no fun at least in idaho its frozen ground and snow. I'm sure glad you all brave the weather to make my winters so much better. Thanks again.
Good to see you again guys.
Great finds guys. My detector is in need of repair. Breaks my heart. I have a backup detector, but I like my Garrett AT Pro better.
The pistol was super cool 👍🦀

Gary = The Keymaster
awesome bottlecap kurt!
I found one of those Belgian pocket pistols here in mass. Not threaded but all the inlaid lines were gold guilt! Cool find
You'll get them next time Curt. Great hunt gentleman. Carl
Queen Anne style pistol. I found a barrel for one!! Keep Swinging!
Happy Holidays to you, my favorite Yankee boys!
Awesome brother can not wait for the Christmas round up.

Hey. Can you guys please show us the find signals that you all use to communicate when away from each other? That would be fun to see them all!!!

Ok the pistol was really cool! Threaded barrel boot pistol! Wild!
Definitely an episode
Nice crotal bell!
The threads are for the antique silencer.
Healthy looking chin for sure 😂 you guys are awesome! Respect to all you guys. See you on the next
Your “boot gun/sprayer handle” looks like an air chuck with a broken trigger, from a farmer’s portable air tank. I have a working one very similar.
Where is the barrel too the pistol dangit! Nice variety of stuff and things guys. Love the marines button smillie!
You walk random? Or two by two cover formation staggered like mowing the lawn? Clear out the field fast and get it all!
I also found a gold 1943 class ring yesterday while metal detecting
1729 to 1798. Keep noticing that on your logo. Was wondering what that was all about? Love your videos guys keep up the good work!

Hey 😊 there 😊 you go again for me this hunt would be great. Just great as always.
Well I guess I’ll wait before I try to help identify things. But it still looks just like my air chuck.
Shanks for the video
I enjoyed your video.
HI GUYS LOVE THE CHANNEL, WHEN YOU HUNT OLD CHURCH SITES DO YOU EVER FIND ANY UNMARKED GRAVES AND AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE IT THANKS ROGER
Solid board. I have less that 1 month to find my first silver coin of 2022 lol. I have been slacking big time.

May I suggest the nick name be "the key Master" from ghost busters. As a Marine myself, I particularly like the 1 piece Marine button.
You guys are doing the impossible!
Threaded to screw on a Silencer...🤣🤣🤣🤣
