I lived in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy many years ago, for four years. I have returned every year for the past 16 years. It’s the most beautiful place on earth. The food is fabulous. Italy has 20 regions; all different, each has their own special beauty. But the region of the Dolomites, which includes the Veneto region are just stunning. I cannot wait to return again.
I’ve been there three times and we are in the USA and we were making a knife and I helped design it and named it after my great grandfather several years ago. So we got to go visit go down to Bibione and we were right there in Maniago. So beautiful.

We went to either that Lake or Garda. I was there three times we helped in working with a knife company and designed a knife made in Italy. Named after my Great Grandfather “ Profili” And the color of the water and the cobblestone streets in a little town that we went and visited were so cute. I had some of the best salami and you know they bring the big tray of many kinds, but my favorite one they said was made of goat and something else and then I laughed. 3 times we went on business pleasure. Loved Bibione too💜
