Without a question bro. I thought Black Superman was bad, Dante puts him to shame.
He was great, but you need to remember in a franchise this crazy, his villain only works because we've had alot of serious villains recently. In the past few entries its been Jacob, Cypher, Decard, Owen, etc. Brixton and Dante strive because they were a serious change to the existing formula.
Dante honestly is the joker of fast and furious

This is part one for Fast X then I think this summer they might do the part 2 or maybe soon
