You are welcome :), and well, you can access the document server by typing the copier's assigned IP on your browser and you will be able to manage or download all saved files as a pictures or PDFs, this is the only way i ever accessed the machine's internal storage.

Hey Noemi, The scanned files stays on the copier itself, so you just type it's IP and then go to document server from any computer within the same network and download the scanned files.

xaib, the document server, printer, fax and scanner are all options, so contact your machine provider or company and make sure your machine got the full interface and options.
