Hello I have a Ricoh 3228c I had to replace the black toner pump since then my images are coming out faded on all colors and have a wet look or running ink image on the prints. What would be causing and how to fix? I try to run the auto calibration but it tells me no paper insert paper but all my trays have letter paper including the bypass tray. How do I fix this?

Hi, what is registration vs calibration? but my main concern is that my prints are coming too rich and i just want to tone it down, how is this done? I already calibrated to scan for copies and prints and i get a feeling something else is needed. Please help.
Hello! How do I save changes made to service mode sp-1-102-001 from a richh mp c3001? I'm trying to change the 1200x1200 dpi setting to another but after I exit sp mode it is not saved. Thanks in advance for your help.
