I have the Tandem t;slim X2 pump with Control IQ. I have a "Sick day" profile that I can select. It changes my basal insulin rate, correction factor and carb to insulin ratio. It really helps to keep glucose levels in a reasonable range whenever you can't eat, and don't feel like doing anything. Just dealing with your aches and pains is enough. Let the pump do it's thing. IMHO

The problem is too that it is hard to have the energy to exercise when you are sick. Hence, blood sugars are higher.
