I grilled a steak with 5cm thick brisket(Chadol)

  • Can I grill thick steak with beef brisket(Chadol)?
    [Chadol steak with stir-fried jjamppong]
    1) Cut the beef brisket separated from the beef brisket into 5cm thick pieces
    2) Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil and ripen in the refrigerator
    3) Cut leeks, onions, peppers, and green onions and wash the bean sprouts, mussels, and shrimp
    4) Grill the beef brisket on a high-heat pan
    5) Transfer the golden steak to a cutting board and wrap the tin foil around it
    6) Add red pepper oil to the pan where the meat was grilled, and stir-fry the green onions
    7) Stir-fry onion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper powder in a pan and add mussels
    8) When the mussels open their mouths a little, they eat bean sprouts, chives, Add shrimp and stir-fry
    9) thicken with starch water
    10) Add boiled noodles and stir-fry them well
    11) Cut the steak and plate it next to the stir-fried jjamppong
    12) Place chives on top of steak for decoration
    [Chadol soybean paste stew + Cahdol skewers]
    1) Cut the remaining chadol steak into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry in an earthen pot
    2) Pour hot water into the earthen pot, add 2 spoons of soybean paste and 1/2 spoons of red pepper paste, and mix well
    3) Add sliced radish, tofu, onion, red pepper, green onion and boil over medium heat
    4) Cut the octopus and place it on top of the soybean paste stew
    5) scorch an octopus with a torch
    6) Put the chives on top and finish
    7) Add ginger powder, cooking wine, and salt to the cut chadol and mix well
    8) Stick meat on skewers and stick tomatoes, garlic, green onions, etc. according to your preference
    9) Grill well over medium heat
    10) The combination of soybean paste stew and skewers is perfect

    소기름은 모아놓았다 육개장 고추기름 만들면 존맛임.

    아!!!!!!!! 차돌박이를 매번 엄청 얇게 썰어진 것만 먹어서 두껍게 먹으면 뻑뻑할 거란 생각을 못했어요!!! 기름기 자글자글하던 차돌만 생각해서 스테이크로 먹었다고 생각하면 좀 당황했을 것 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ 신기방기!!!

    구입하신 브리스킷 같은경우 윗가슴보다는 아랫 뱃살쪽에 붙어 있어 흔히들 아시는 구이용 차돌박이랑은 다소 거리가 있는 부위 같습니다. 처음에 잘라내신 부분이 차돌박이랑 제일 가까운 부위에요!

    아래 위 기름을 다 처낸 양지는 차돌이 아닌 그냥 양지
    어차피 미국 스펙은 찐 차돌기름이 다 제거되어서
    찐 차돌박이 하실 꺼면 정육점이나 마장동가서 원물 차돌박이 사시면 딱 차돌부분만 그냥 살 수 있어요.

    손질하는분 기준 오른쪽이 차돌입니다 나머지 부위는 양지머리 업진 치마양지가 섞였는데 수입산은 대부분 특수부위 구분을 잘 안하고 저대로 얇게 썰어서 우삼겹을 만든다고 하더라구요

    두꺼운 차돌은 굽지말고 생으로 깍둑이나 사시미로 먹으면 질기지않고 고소하고 맛있어요. 저렇게구우면 거의 타이어수준이라 다시 썰어먹어야대용

    두꺼운쪽이차돌박이용이구요 아래얇은쪽은 차돌양지입니다 그리고차돌박이에뜻은 차돌처럼 단단한기름이박혀있다는뜻입니다 단단한 기름을다잘라내면 그냥양지입니다

    정육 전문가는 아니지만 그 동안 많은 차돌을 접해 본 제가 보기엔 아마 처음에 예상하셨던 고기 덩어리가 두번째 고기랑 마찬가지로 맛있을 거 같습니다
