    I didn’t know you could show a repaired model. I have one that the post office graciously broke the tail on. I thought he was destined to be a shelf model. Maybe I can fix it now. Thank you! I love your videos!

      I will make a video further discussing this, an original finish model must remain original finish to be shown. However, minor fixes such as ear and nose rubs can be touched up. This leg break on Oliver is nearly undetected. Any dramatic alteration to the main body color or original finish- I would advise against showing the model as it would be likely disqualified.

    Great video! Considering Brighty’s legs aren’t necessarily weight bearing, I’d have used Testor’s plastic cement in this particular case. That stuff can work miracles, with only a hairline to touch up. But I will use this solid technique for my poor old three-legged Misty :^)
    I too would be interested in a technique that works for G1 Stablemates...

    Hey! Love your work! I was wondering if I sent you one of my traditional models, if you would customize it for me?

    • @DeeJayBeStudios
      @DeeJayBeStudios  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Teryn DeBey thank you so much! I am not accepting commissions for a while as I’d like to focus on my own work at the moment. Traditional commissions are pricey, as my work is very time consuming. Perhaps in the future I will accept certain projects but until then, thanks for the inquiry!

      Ok! I am about to buy some well used models for some of my own customs. But, when you are ready to accept commissions, I’ll ask again!

    How careful do you need to be with these horses? Are they easy to break? I just got my first breyer horse.

    • @DeeJayBeStudios
      @DeeJayBeStudios  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are not easy to break no. I’ve never had any casualties.

    Would this be able to support a weight holding leg? So the model won't fall?
