What is volume control in gesture customization? Is it just muting and unmuting? Or can I adjust volume level while I listen to music. If so how would it work, it doesn't have a swipe gesture to adjust volume? This feature will determine if I'll buy this product or not.
I bought the same earbuds yesterday. But I feel the cahrging case has a quicker charging drain. 24 hours with ANC on, but it drains quickely. I don't think my case gives 24 hours on full charging and it does not connect to my laptop. Kindly tell me should I return

Bro,in jbl 130nc, many youtubers claim and even in the amazon product page, it is given that Jbl 130nc has active noise cancellation "UPTO 40 DB".But even in the product cover or even in the jbl website, there is no mention that it supports active noise cancellation "UPTO 40DB"., ,just active noise cancellation is mentioned..range is not mentioned..my,doubt is ,then..from where the youtubers and even the amazon seller is claiming that 40 Db range,as its not mentioned in the jbl website, and also in the product cover?

Using it now, but not satisfied by the mic quality while calling in a bus or more noisy areas, it seems only capturing the heavy noises but not my vocals.
And sometimes call volume is not that enough to hear too.
Was expected too much but disappointed.
I have bought 3 JBL products They are good only for 5-6 months after they are screwed
How JBL 230nc and 130nc sound same as they have different drivers mm. 230nc have 6mm driver and 130nc have 10mm driver. So which would be best between this both.

I ordered 130 NC but later cancelled it and went for 230 NC just because of better fit and call quality. Equalizer is perfect in these JBL headphones, don't suppress the overall volume like Samsung phones. Even with custom tuning the headphone volume level becomes louder than normal but doesn't loose it's clarity. And even with loud sound at 100% it won't be harsh on your ears, just like JBL signature sound tuning.

@@jdnaveen321 Sound quality is superior than other expensive products. I had a trial and compared it with Galaxy Buds 2 in Samsung Arena, Bangalore and then chose to buy this one just due to its sound quality. But the loudness is a little low. That can be adjusted by changing the EQ properly.

@@rangamharsha I purchased JBL 130 NC as Sony was having less battery conpared to JBL and not having ANC. only thing with JBL is its in-ear fit is not good (maybe it's for me only) means it keeps falling from ear sometimes even if we try to fit it. tried changing eartips as well.

I'm a Business person. I've to take a lot of Calls , I'm confused between Jabra Elite 3 , Jabra Elite 4, JBL Tune 130Nc & One Plus z2.
My Main Concern is the person on the other side on call should be receiving excellent call quality. It shouldn't feel like Robotic Voice. The sound should be as same as your mobile phone mic.

Try to do a factory reset and then try connecting again, if issue continues then you can ask for replacement..
