    About those days you had planned a lot and just find out you suck (e.g. not recovered): I typically switch to a super low intensity high volume steady state workout and more often than not after an hour of that super light cruisin' I suddenly realize that things get better. I even had days that started desperate like that and in the end I could do harder than planned even (or because) of hours of very light work put at the start.
    BTW: It's a shame how few followers this gem of a channel has. AdamOndra might climb the radest stuff and Mitbo might do the craziest shit on the planet. But here is where I learn a ton for my own climbing! Thanks a lot for the frequent high quality content (and also for the fun with Anna 😂)
