Love the LightTuck. I have the drawers and boxes of holsters, finally landed on the LightTuck a couple of years ago. I now have one for every one of my guns, I no longer shop holsters and it’s the only IWB I use. No issues for me with security or trigger coverage but I only carry a Shield with a light which is very slim, no other lights. The LightTuck is an outstanding EDC concealment holster.
Just ordered mine for my Glock 45 Gen. 5. I wear a lot of shorts and sweats mostly, you mentioned wearing a belt under the shorts ? Is that the best way to go about it ? And also if so what certain belt you recommend, thank you
Thanks for leaving a comment. Carrying with athletic shorts/pants can be tricky. I always wear a belt under the shorts that I attach my holster to. I wear a ratcheting nex belt. The type of belt is typically personal preference. I do have a video on my channel of the nex belt.
Thanks for leaving a comment and i appreciate your insight. The tlr7 is a slimmer profile light if I am not mistaken. Therefore, there is less material taped to the gun in the holster making process. I have seen many holsters for larger lights that do have some space near the trigger guard. On this particular holster, it is especially bad, though.
Anyone using for a Glock 43 and doing appendix carry? I use in the winter while wearing sweatshirts daily at 5 o'clock Seems to print more than I would like with just a t-shirt on in warm weather.
@communicationiskey- i had to make new holes and than move claw also I had to change the clip to a dcc clip way better I strongly suggest checking out davis tactical for a deal and teir 1 becouse they make the best holsters period.

A holster that doesn't cover the mag release is an instant deal breaker for me. Drawing your gun and having the magazine fall out of it is a real eye opener. I've had it happen to me, twice. The first time was at home, I figured that I must not have seated it fully that morning. Then, it happened again at the range. That's when I knew I had a problem.

Had mine for almost 2 years and still will say they make the best holsters in my opinion, everyone of my guns has a vedder holster
Thanks for leaving a comment. I currently am still using this holster and it has worked well.
You still feel this way?
Still carrying it it’s on my side now won’t go with any other company
I've been carrying a Ruger EC9S appendix in a vedder light tuck for about a year and I really like it.
Thanks for leaving a comment. So far, I do really enjoy this holster.
The best IWB holsters. Hands down.

@@Dcole-_-
Absolutely! Vedder and i think runner up is Tulster Oath
I put locktite on my clips without incident. I wonder if it's the polymer they use
I know it’s in the name but can you tuck a shirt in behind the clip for say a dress shirt?
I haven't seen any video on demonstrating how the claw works to conceal. Can u do one ?
Yes I will put that video idea on my list. Thanks for the input
@@ballisticturd thank u.
Can you provide an update on the holster. Are you still carrying the holster. I have a Glock 45 with a TLR 7X and I’m thinking about trying vedder
The non light-bearing holsters are snug on either side of the trigger guard as it doesn't have to flare out to accommodate the passage of a light.
Thanks for leaving a comment. I ended up going with a ch holster and it does a good job covering the trigger guard with the light.
The metal clip is standard.. the claw is an option for $5 more .. I have several vedder holsters and I love them
Thanks for leaving a comment. So far I for sure like the holster a lot.

I have a Glock 45 and thinking about ordering a vedder holster. How did you like yours?
@ : go with t rex arms instead
Have you tried the velo4 or sagax 2?
Thanks for leaving a comment. I have not tried those out. I will have to give them a look
I have a tlr-7 and there is no way to get my finger to the trigger with it being a light bearing holster that I think is vedder holster also.

The fact that the trigger is accessible while holstered is the reason why I would never carry with a weapon-mounted light.
Just don’t use a massive one lol

Looks like a decent holster but the issue with the cover around the trigger makes this one easy to pass on. Glad I went Tenicor instead.
Thanks for leaving a comment and i do agree that the trigger guard not being covered more is problematic. I am glad that Tenicor has served you well.
I put a different claw on mine
Thanks for leaving a comment.

Review will come in 1-6 months so I can try to come up with something intelligent, which based on what you have already posted, won’t happen

Holster video where you don't put it on is wack.
