This one hit close to home as I can see my own career progression in her story. I also enjoyed hearing more of her admin/paraplanner role. So many podcasts highlight the financial advisors, and though extremely valuable, it's so valuable to promote and highlight those who are in supporting roles as well. There are also not enough books in the financial services support or leadership roles. It takes everyone in every role working in alignment to see results.
