- Hey peeps!
This vlog touches on a little bit of everything. I had my 2nd round of Kadcyla. And of course my daughter had a birthday party to go to the next day 😒 so I didn’t get to chill but thank God I felt good enough to go! I also started radiation this week which was a task in itself. I will get into radiation more during next weeks vlog.
Lastly, I started working out again which turned out to be more emotional than I expected. But as my trainer stated, the devil tried to take me out but he couldn’t! So I am going to take this one day at a time. I’ll never ever give up!!

Hi, love braids.
Curious, my radiologist met with my oncologist and surgeon because he said it was too dangerous to have my Kadcyla and radiation at the same time. So they stopped after my 2nd treatment, then I had radiation for 30 days. My treatments resumed after.
That's interesting!!!
(Maybe because I'm 60?)
Praise God I have 2 treatments left.
Thank you Queen! So from my understanding herceptin shouldn’t be mixed with radiation. Congrats on my being almost done!!!!! I can’t wait either 😩 radiation isn’t bad but then back and forth every day is annoying ugh

When did you begin Kadcyla? Before or after radiation? How many rounds of Kadcyla?
Good Morning! I started kadcyla before radiation. I am on tamiofixen as well and I started that after radiation. I believe I’m on kadcyla for a year, I’m already on round 8 I believe. So it’s prob going to be like 20 rounds
