8:03 funnily enough this also applies to railways, the networks in the 3 republics are built along the east-west axis and there are barely any railway connections between the 3. This will change when the high-speed Rail Baltica project is eventually finished. Very nice video, I lived in Lithuania during 2016-17 and I'm happy to see how much the country is progressing! Edit: you mention this at 11:20 , I see you are well informed!
2:48 I'd imagine how much Poland will change once the Euro Truck Sim 2 devs are finally giving it a well-deserved overhaul (after the rest of the base map of course, they're almost done with redoing every german cities) 3:10 The good Baltic experience in ETS2 19:09 64 GB loss 😭 26:19 The signage on the intersections fail to tell you where you're going if you are to turn left. That's quite terrible
Yes but overall Latvian roads, at least the ones that have been renewed have all excellent signage... Big kudos to them. Still mourning the data loss, I think I need a full on funeral service to get through this
Lowercase GOST font doesn't look that bad compared to German DIN. Uppercase is slightly different story. I'm personally not sure which font is overall better, maybe mix of DIN and GOST font would be the best for Lithuania.
I think no font has a clear advantage, DIN, GOST, Highway Gothic or Transport are all very easy to read. In my opinion other signage design issues such as size and placement can be more of a difference.
I will answer in English. Yes, I have this feel that we are at Hungary, Slovakia, West Romania level. Not Czechia or even Poland. Saw comments of Romanians they were surprised it resembles Romania (particularly Transylvania part closer to Hungary).
O Geras. Šito aš laukiau! Ačiū
You're very welcome! Latvia was the country I liked the most :)

Ojalá mi próxima vez en Lituania pueda ir a Tallinn en tren!
@@RoadsofEuropeverreme de momento puedes ir de Vilnius a Riga, hace unos meses que inauguraron un servicio por vía convencional

Which sections or roads you had lost in that 64GB issue?
The Tallinn bypass, the Tallinn-Narva highway and the way back from Narva to Riga via Tartu, plus Riga-Siauliai and Siauliai-Vilnius.
