ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಹೀಗೆ ಇದನ್ನೇ ಫಾಲೋ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ ತುಂಬಾ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು 👌🙏🙏
ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀರ ಡಾಕ್ಟ್ರೇ. ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಲಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. Intermittent ಫಾಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ autophagy ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಂತೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಡೆಡ್ ಸೆಲ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಮಗೇಡ್ ಸೆಲ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಆಗತ್ತಂತೆ.
ನಮಸ್ತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನ ನಾನು 2.15ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಫಾಲೋ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ
ಇವತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಗುರಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಖುಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಹು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಒಬ್ಬರು
ಅಂದು ಅಂದರೆ 01.01.2024 ರಂದು 95kg ಇದ್ದೆ
ಇಂದು 14.03.2024 74.30 kg ಆಗಿದ್ದೀನಿ
ಸತತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದರ್ಶನ ಕಾರಣ

July 12 today i checked my weight 56.7 kg..i lost near 2kg...strictly i followed 8/16 pattern..and increased my protein intake reduced carbohydrates..per day 10 min exercise..3ltr water consumption.7 to 8 hrs sleeping pattern...thank you soo much mam for your valuable advice and content..god bless mam..
