If a person lives, then by definition he would also die, just like every creatures before and after him.
    Anything else is just fairytale.
I am just stating a fact, if anyone felt attacked or offended by the fact that someone who lives will eventually die, you have a problem.

Also, as far as humans know, physical human lives leave physical remains. If they survive time, that is. Meaning if Jesus lived a physical life, and he died as we do, he would have had physical remains and his soul would have ascended. The Bible said he left no remains and ascended differently. So perhaps half of both ideas can be true?

He can have a burial spot because he was placed there until he ascended. So there was a physical tomb, but no body if you follow the Bible.

How come the tomb said Jesus son of Joseph when Jesus is the Latin version of the Greek version of the Jewish name Josuah????
It would have been written in Hebrew anyway or Aramaic. But the name will have been Josuah. A common enough name at the time.

They said at the beginning that the fact there was earth in the tomb meant that the tomb had already been opened in antiquity. So how can they be sure that those who evntered the tombe didn't just add the inscriptions to the ossuaries?

Correct me if I am wrong but my understanding is that the family of Jesus stayed in Nazareth and only came to Jerusalem during festivals. Couldn't their tomb then be in Nazareth and not in Jerusalem?

As to whether Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene, the early church leaders would not have wanted to have Jesus “sullied” by being married, and having a son. However, gospels that were left out showed that Jesus held Mary Magdalene in high regard. And supposedly kissed her, which upset the disciples. The Gospel of Mary was left out of the New Testament.
The fact that the Christian church has been adamant that Jesus and his disciples were single, they weren’t married, is disproved by the fact the NT says that the disciples met in the house of Peter’s MOTHER IN LAW. So he must have had a wife!

The whole thing misses a very important fact. That Jesus'family never had a home in Jerusalem but rather in Nazareth. It is like finding the remains of a family from Dallas in Washington yet they never move there.

    Luke 24:1-5 KJV
24 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?

I have read about this, I think that various religious authorities wouldn’t want this known. The myth is, Jesus went to heaven, being raised up bodily.
I am disappointed that Simcha Jacobavici, who was a major figure in the discovery of the ossuaries, and who wrote a book about it. He is a Canadian archaeologist, from Toronto.

    10 Points To Ponder:
1* The tomb was found empty, so no bones of Jesus could have been placed in the Ossuary of Jesus.
2* Jesus was physically touched by Thomas (John 20:26-29) after the resurrection.
3* @27:10 Prof Steven Cox states many people’s bones could have occupied the same Ossuary. But only one person’s DNA was found in the Jesus and Miriame Ossuaries when sampled. As a side note, if many people could occupy the same Ossuary, why is there only one name inscribed on them?
4* The Jesus, son of Joseph Ossuary was probably crafted well before Jesus was actually crucified. So, this Ossuary may have contained another family member (Joseph?).
5* The DNA from the Jesus Ossuary & the Miriame (or Mara) Ossuary were not related. But their combined DNA profiles were never tested on the DNA profile of Judah, son of Jesus. Why is that?
6* @16:23 They find the name Maria on several other Ossuaries in the Collection held by the Antique Trust. Maria, Mary, and Mariam were very common at the time of Jesus. They don’t list how many Miriame or Mara names occur.
7* If no DNA was found in the Judah son of Jesus Ossuary, could that mean that His son lived a long time and was interred elsewhere?
8* Mary Magdalene was originally a disciple of Jesus. It was only later renditions of the Bible does the “Church” remove that title and cast her as a prostitute. The “Church” also determined which books to include in the Bible. They deemed other books as no worthy or in step with what they were teaching as their doctrine. There are many other books out there, ie Dead Sea Scrolls.
9* If it was only the Spirit of Jesus that everyone saw in the weeks after His crucifixion, the how where they able to physically touch and be touched by Him?
10* They never compared the DNA profile of the Jesus Ossuary with the DNA of the other Mary Ossuary found in the tomb. This could determine if they were related, as in mother and son. Why not?

According to the Bible Jesus was the "First fruits" of the resurrection. As believers we are promised to be literally physically resurrected as Jesus was and given redeemed perfect sinless bodies like Jesus . If it was not an actual physical resurrection then that is why Christianity and the Bible would be false. Jesus' tomb was empty. No bones to find. No need for an ossuary.

Jesus is not resting anywhere on earth. John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
.He was buried and rose three days later. He now sits at the right hand of God. He is in heaven with Father God. He died for the forgiveness of our sins. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 1 Corinthians 15:3-8 3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that He was seen by [a]Cephas, then by the twelve. 6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have [b]fallen asleep. 7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. 8 Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time. HE IS ALIVE!!!!!

Having watched both sides it reminds me of two skinheads fighting over a comb, but experts. They both have experts, they both clearly have opinions. The only way to definitively make a logical conclusion is to put the question to a completely unbiased team of archeologists. It’s sadly very apparent that these two teams are not coming from unbiased points of view.

What if the "Mary Magdalene" ossuary was an adopted daughter of the family? Not genetically linked but a member of the family non the less. Too may questions and misrepresentations from the original documentary. Glad to se this one gives a more reasonable look at the information. NEVER take your theology from a Hollywood, TH-cam, etc film or documentary. Dig and do your homework from many documented sources yourself.

Let me say, upfront, that I'm nobody. Just a curious observer who has watched all of the information in this post... many times. From my life's experience, it's VERY easy to be a critic and denier, without citing anything but their opinion, which means Jack! It makes a lot of sense to me. I'm not proclaiming that I know, but it doesn't mean that anyone else knows either, especially those dumbasses who love to attach their name to something like this.

Instead to try to deny Jesús resurrection, this people should put his time, money and efforts to help humanity.
