I love drawing and painting, especially the human figure and I have studied Art up to an Advanced Level; but then I stopped studying it formally, as in my country there weren't many options. I always had too much passion for drawing people, but not enough to draw anything else, so that was another problem too. I am now working in a completely different field, nothing to do with Art. Your videos give me inspiration that maybe I could continue drawing and learn from you and other sources how to draw fabrics and other things better. Even if it's just for fun and for myself. Fashion design interests me a lot, but the problem is I don't know how to sew properly (I'm not good at it) although I had taken some classes when I was 10 and 11. How important is it to be able to sew? Thanks xx and keep up you brilliant work. I love how it's not overly complicated yet the result is always beautiful.
+IanaGyln it's never too late! Keep doing what makes you feel passionate, even if you can do it only half an hour a day, it will pay off I assure you :) If you want to be a designer it's desirable that you know how to sew, but nowadays you can have access to incredibly talented people that can do the sewing work for you and translate your ideas into something real. Or if you just love fashion illustrations, you can be a fashion illustrator and you won't have to worry about sewing ;)
