Do you see companionship as a necessity? Or is it a want for you?
In all interpersonal relationships, it's the YOU (our individual selves) that is at the center of it -- in terms of emotions, practicality or even just plain old confusion.
The main difference in how generations perceive commitment boils down to two key factors: life experiences and cultural values. And it could also stem from how we view or value stability vs. flexibility.
Now, this is an individual take across the board because all the 4 operative words I've used in the aforementioned paragraph make us who we are and then builds on to our interactions with the world around us and the one we wish to create. Do you agree?
