Just finished the game and wanted to know how slow I was. Was watching the video and halfway through realized you were the Hollow Knight guy! Sick. You are peak performance good job :)
When doing the damage boost, make sure you are neutral jumping and facing away from the bubble so that the knockback lands you on the bubble That's the key to the skip, everything else is just timing and find the correct spacing from the bubble when doing the neutral jump
Genuinely curious - what was the point of activating the dog ghost chase in the beginning? Was it so you could die quickly and respawn at the telephone in the flame room?
It's a weird interaction with the water when the platform is at a certain height when you touch it It bounces you back if you land on it at a precise spot

It enables you to death-warp, and early disc allows you to get a few extra eggs on the way to the bubble wand
