  • During World War Two, the Soviet Air Forces created a women-only regiment that flew cropper planes to bomb the enemy at night. The Nazis called them the 'Night Witches'.
In the diary of Yevgeniya (Zhenya) Rudneva, a 20-year-old astronomy student in Moscow, we're offered a rare glimpse into her life in the regiment.

The night witches were an amazing group of women who faced down adversity from both their own military and the obvious axis military. It boggles my mind that most of them were under 30. And were so successful. Amazing!
It’s a beautiful story of overcoming adversity and a great testimony to the power of women. I wish it was more published.

This is what Slavs expect of their women, and we respect them and fear them, because they can be extremely hard-line even by men's standards. Respect and love for the sacrifice required. Mother, daughter, girl are usually treated like queens, as keepers of the family and in order to avoid exposing them to the horrors of war, but our history is full of wars, and our women have a special place in times of need!

When I was 19, I was on the front-line of an obscure 12 year war, you've most likely never even heard of. That is not important. The weirdest part that struck me about her story, was how happy she was. I remember one day, after a couple of difficult days, I sat back against a tree one day, watching the sun set, with a cup of coffee boiling on a little tablet stove between my legs, and suddenly just felt the weirdest calm come over me. I can honestly say that that exact moment in time, was the happiest I have ever felt, in all my life. It was just such an amazing feeling, that I have never felt before, or since. It was an amazing experience, right in the middle of a dirty, deadly war. So I think I know exactly what she means. To this day, whenever I feel down, I just think back to that specific moment in time, and I feel perfectly fine again. Humans are so weird.

There's a system we're not using, for fixing this.
We got lazy, and forgot about it. How to use it!
As "security apparatus" faded from use, so it went.
Restore the "mustering"... (From a device.).
(Where they managed crucial issues, too...
... With, voice, vote, and action, thereafter.).
      We can use...
.. A neutral objective logistics liaison non-profit Matrix NGO.
      For comprehensive contingencies-management capabilities.
      For neighborhood incident management capabilities.
      To consolidate and coordinate resources...
      ... (Human, material, information, environmental...).
Since, "active and passive civil defense are integral to national security [democracy] posture."
...(From the old FEMA... OCD... FCDA..."Civil Defense.")
As our secondary manual backup system.
So, to mirror up against, and manage, a republic.
(Disaster and Emergency Services - Gov.) --- ( Support, Systems, and Services - our loophole Matrix NGO) for comprehensive contingencies-management capabilities... To mechanize and empower democracy.
First step, through our loophole... "their" front doors.
      ????...DES -SSS Matrix non-profit NGO...
... Project --- "Build our matrix NGO, for managing a republic.
... [Build our mirror / buffer, up against a republic...
.... "Disaster and Emergency Services (Gov version)' ---
...--- 'Support, Systems, and Services" ("We......" NGO!).
.. (Our bright-blue-sky loophole, through "their" front doors)..!...??????????
      Legally!
      By-the-book!
From there, our true "White Hats" can welcome us - professionally - while watching over us... Professionally.....
To make sure our matrix NGO is "well regulated."
      Our comprehensive contingencies-management capabilities
As our secondary manual backup system.
Where we gain access, all the way to NORAD.
Just, to take full advantage of our built-in assets.
(Where folks, like me - can log in, as assets, for operational neighborhood incident management capabilities...
... For any kinds of emergencies....
... While also gaining better - general - neighborhood / community management capabilities...
      ... Toward better overall Administration...
To mechanize and empower pure direct demos-kratia within a republic.
To give us a safe place to log our voice, and vote.
The old time "musters" were where they resolved crucial issues, too. And, as a militia, were neighborhood incident management... comprehensive contingencies-management capabilities.
Use a version of the Swiss template... "active and passive civil defense"... within a republic... In a 21st century context... since, such are "integral to national security [ democracy] posture."
Let me put it this way...
... With folks like you helping with oversight...!
Where - all are born "members."
      .... "We..............!"
Even kids will gain voice and vote.
Where we map out a republic...
      ... Follow the money....
      ... Vet our politicians...!!!!
By providing folks, with their own CCMC, behind a Desktop Icon.
To help us pull truth, from chaos!
      To manage crucial issues.
