- Pittie Gigi has so much energy and personality, you can’t help but love her. She was rescued as a young pup and had to have her front leg removed - but she didn’t let that slow her down. Becky had planned all these accommodations when she fell in love with the pittie-cross but Gigi was quick to show her it wasn’t needed and she can play like her big sister and do anything she puts her mind to!

What a cutie❤❤ I have a tripod Rottweiler, who lost her leg three months ago from cancer. She is only two years old and we rescued her from our local shelter last year. She has trouble with stairs now, but she is learning. It’s amazing how adaptable they are.

I love her 'tuck and roll'! Excellent work Gigi! I have a 3 legged cat called Rocket. She does everything a regular cat can do. We don't let her outside, but we have harness trained her. So she loves going out in her harness. We've put some extra steps in for her to get up to the higher perches and things a bit easier. But she can chase down her much larger brother with ease. ❤🇦🇺

Your puppy will be fine and live a good long life. We had a three legged dog named tricycle when I was a kid in North Carolina. He loved to chase cars and rabbits, he never caught either.
We got my pittie because someone threw him out of a moving car when he was 6 months old 😭 He’s a tank so he wasn’t hurt, but it breaks my heart these dogs get treated that way. I’m so glad this sweet girl got a good home 🥰

I adopted my Pittie from the local animal shelter. She is appx 68 lbs of slobbering cuddle monster. She only barks at me, and other dogs if we're outside, and she wants to play chase with them. She's a great watchdog: she'd watch somebody steal everything in the house 🤣🤣🤣. She rides most everyday in the big truck with me. Bless you Ms Becky for rescuing your Gigi.

We have a three-legged lab named Zena. She was the last one born out of 9 and didn't get the circulation she needed to her front right leg.She's an absolute mess 😂😂.
One dog ALWAYS helps another.And these are from the same size and breed so it's ideal.It would be worse if it was a back leg because they usually tend to have hip issues with age and in this case it would be guaranteed.

Pitties are the best...they are such good family dogs. After all, it was humans who gave the dog such a bad reputation. And that is such a shame, because the breed is really wonderful. They are so friendly, so funny and goofy and so loving. It only takes a little effort in training and socialization and you get a wonderful dog.
