Was shown on BBC2 in the late 1980's. It's a Larry Weinstein documentary from 1987, Gaby was still alive when Ravel's Brain was made in about 1999, as was his pupil. An English language video or DVD might well be sold out there somewhere, my off-air recording is of pretty low quality.

I think film music owes much to the likes of Ravel and their time period of the late classic / tonal styles.
They were much more talented back in the days. The composer as well as the interprets.
