Met him in LA. He offered to buy me a beer. I declined cause I knew how much his comedy meant to me when it came to dark times in life. He’s up there with Ralphie May. He was a genuine dude. Type of dude, u wouldn’t even really know he was a comic the way he acted. He was just a respectable character although facing demons.
