7:40 the naguas also have a weird mechnic where if you successfully hit them it will always deal an extra 4 damage, so you have an increased max on them
does this only work with melee?
so they must be insanely nice combat XP if on task

@@jurgnobs1308Nope it works with all styles, but you do have to roll a successful hit so range/mage aren't as effective
There is a safe spot in the ice moon boss during the kick the ice cube phase, I forget the exact time but it’s nice to run to it after I get my weapon back for a couple seconds of afk

I didn't even think about the infinite stews. Some shops stocked some before, but always to get it infinitely you had to go through dialogue EVERY time. Huge for stew stat boosting!
i bought a ton for my alt who is doing body golems :D
plus the empty bowls u can later sell even for profit lol.
Infinite stews and beers means someone WILL set up a bot farm there. Calling it now.
why would you want to avoid that mechanic on eclipse moon boss, you can take off his entire health pool during that phase
that fishing method @4:33 really reminds me of the Jak and Daxter fishing task.
regarding the first fact: you can also use full dharoks to skip the rest of the mimic phase (plus youll dish out a ton of damage)
NEW yellow moth jars heal instant and give run energy seen in some pvp features can heal without Delay
you can use torag hammers to end eclipse's counter attack mechanic early as well if you do not have access to crystal halberd
Sulfur blades as well

dh and crystal halberd got patched didn't they? stopped working for me a few hours after release.
During the Eclipse shadow phase, any super hard hitting weapon is insanely good. I use a BGS and if I start eclipse right at the shadow phase, I can bring her down to 1hp with it. I do this generally cuz I drop my crystal halberd specs on the blood room.
you can use your chally spec to finish eclipse if its at 5+ hp DURING the phase instead of tapping her to 1hp

The monsters in the dungeon and bosses have a new mechaic where they have a guaranteed damage reduction or increase per hitsplat. So if you use the new Macuahuitl on them with two seperate hit splats it gets minimum 4 dmg increase on each hitsplat that hits. I was able to hit rates of 190k melee xp a hour.
the mining also gives moths which are teleports that go for 15k each on ge.
first day or so it was like 30-40k a pop.
There's actually 2 hidden Easter eggs the community is trying to solve.
Digging in random spots gives more than tokens, and the devs said there is still more to be discovered in varlamore that the community hasnt discovered yet a few days after varlamore release.
The red token digging spot is actually indicated by two red arrows painted on the ground in Varlamore. One is in outer Fortis, near the farms, under a bush right next to the road; the other is somewhere near the aquaduct (I haven't gone there personally)
But yeah apparently it's planned for future quest stuff, according to Mod Ash

There's absolutely no reason to skip the eclipse moon special, it's so easy to avoid damage and hit the boss big during it. Cool information though.

There a boxtrap spawn on the 2nd floor in the most south-west building of Civitas but if you are an ironman and try to pick it up it says: 'You're an Iron Man, so you can't take that.'
Anyone a clue why they did this?
I'm pretty sure the only defensive improvement the mixed hide armor has over black d'hide is a slightly better stab and slash defense bonus. Otherwise it's worse

Even though it's unlimited guild teleports, using up the 5 daily chinchompa teleports prevent you from using the guild teleport for the rest of the day. I hope they patch this soon.
What do the blue numbers mean when you finish a moon boss? There is a hitsplat when you finish the room on your character.
It's just a flavor text, it doesn't have any importance. Basically the Demi-bosses get really angry at you when you get them to 0 hitpoints and they hit you for insane damage but the "Guide" in the chest room pulls you out at the last second so the damage doesn't "count".
You get your hunter's outfit in order without dupes until you complete the set.... Unless you put any pieces inside the hunter's kit, in which case the game identifies you as owning 0/4 pieces and will keep giving you heads
The moths can be bottled for easy prayer restoration. Add raw hunter meat and they get a second dose

Stalling the 1tick phase has to be the worse thing you can do in terms of dps for any of the bosses.
Even a noob with full dh can hit 50s+ at half hp and finish it off with torag hammers double hit if DH doesnt

It's called "Calcified moth" and it teleports you straight to the city, very useful.
1st tip isn't very helpful. If you face the direction of the spawning Moon in time you not only don't get hurt, but you do a significant amount of damage.
You shouldn't use the eater ring during the eclipse fight its super easy to do that part correctly and when you do you hit him every single time so i usually do over half of his health during that part of the dight. Youre wasting your time by using the easter ring there

the easter ring escape on eclispe is cool, but that phase is super easy and I usually end up dealing most of my damage on him during it anyway
Trading dupes at PM doesnt give collecrion log completions

I faking hate the blood moon boss with all my hate atm! Im lvl 102 82 att 84 str with sulphar blades... still have issues beat him 1 out of 5 trys ffs. Hate it.
So the blood moon is a tank boss. You need to be wearing your best slash defence gear. I even carry my best shield with me on my iron, dragon square shield, to replace my defender on this boss. The 3rd swing on the triple attack heals so much it's best to try and not get hit. Also don't forget to always keep piety active. Good luck
