I just picked up this speaker for $190 brand new out of the box and it’s amazing for the price (which is currently $20 more than the jbl charge 5)
I bought this last 2 days ago.
I charged it because is says "low battery", I charged it and waited for 10 mins, I found it weird because it said "battery is at 40%" and after I waited for 53 minutes, it's still says "battery is at 40%"..
I'm not sure what's the problem is because it keeps saying "battery is at 40%", it's not saying the exact battery percentage of the speaker 😢.
Any advice? Or any ideas why this thing is happening? 😢
These things have a tiny reset button. Find it and press the button with a toothpick. Hope that helps.
Just the way it's made nothing is wrong with it mines the same way
To do a reset, hold the power button while it's on

After the update it sounds near quality of sound linkflex from Bose but louder and I do have charge 5 but don’t have the loud shrill when playing loop music so this is a good step up for me😅
