I love my motion 600x Bluetooth speaker for its balanced sound output. I appreciate your stereo mic recording of your review. Too much detail is lost with mono mic recording of these Bluetooth speakers. You nailed the spacial audio benefit of the Soundcore motion 600x and it's "anything but full" top end high frequency reproduction.

I picked up the Soundcore X600 for about $100 (I got Anker’s early bird coupon and had some credit to use up). True, I don’t want to scratch it. True, it sounds amazing. Battery life is much longer than what you got though and I use it for work (to play music and videos). Great video.

The Sony XG300 and Soundcore Motion X600 compare to each other pretty much like how I thought they would. The X600 has a clearer and dynamic soundstage while the Sony sounds warmer but sounds a bit bigger but surprisingly the X600 has deeper Bass which makes me want to test out these two for myself. The XE300 on the other hand is just there for decoration

The sound core x600 is better than the XG300 because the XG300 doesn't even have as good instrument separation The XE 300 really struggles unless if you get I can only recommend it if it's on sale for $30 cuz it sounds like a $30 speaker it's some $30 speakers sound better than this speaker

@@Mingzhe583The XE300 sounds so bad that the xb33 sounds way better then the xe300 as I think sony should fire it's portable speaker team for a new one that actually can get the job done lol, but the x600 to me is like the motion plus 2.0

Anker must introduce a separate mini Subwoofer which can be paired to this.

    • @ITStechy
      @ITStechy 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

You can do this…sort of. Using a WiiM device add a “y” output to the subwoofer and this device. If you want a crossover in the cabling you can install DSP RCAs couplers past the “y” connections to each device. Not an easy “travel friendly” setup, but when is a subwoofer ever travel friendly I guess.

I must admit, Soundcore / Anker done a very great job for the design. All the Soundcore motion series : 100, 300, X500 and X600 have a very elegen material and premium design. Not also the design or material, but sound quality also. Compared to the two SONY speakers, the design and material of Soundcore seems more expensive and premium.

Hugovilar - how do you like the X600 after using it for a couple months? I have my eye on the X600 since it was released and have been thinking about buying it.
I have also been looking at the XG300 as a possibility, and it's on a great sale now for $200, same price as the X600. I listen to the XG300 here, as well as in several other YT reviews, and as good as the bass can sound, it does tend to sound muffled, especially with the midrange.

I still use both the Flex and Emberton regularly.

Nice comparison, but a message to Soundcore regarding my experience and thoughts about the X600....
    Dear Soundcore,
I just took receipt of a X600 in blue.....What an underwhelming experience!!! 🙁🤔
Not sure if you've paid off loads of TH-cam contents providers or if many simply have little knowledge in the field of Bluetooth speakers, as I'm extremely dubious and mystified about the near hysterical praise the X600 is receiving!?!?!
Spatial sound is nowhere near as encompassing as many are shouting about. You've simply widened the sound field. Or do I have a dodgy speaker?
As for the sound out the box without spatial sound and bass boost, its really poor! Surely the speaker should sound great without these features activated and even better with them turned on???🤔
As for the trumpeted 50W's of power, this can't be correct!?!? My speaker has to be turned up quite a bit and in the red in order to get to a level that one would consider room filling....my 40W Minirig3 utterly destroys the X600 and is cheaper but its app is pretty poor. Luckily you don't need the app for the Minirigs ....
The Soundcore app ain't bad, but had to repeatedly open / close and install / uninstall for the update to take effect and the speaker to be finally recognised.
Build quality of the X600 appears decent enough...maybe thats where you've spent all the production budget on 🤔
Battery should have been better as the stated 12hrs is not taking into account spatial sound and bass boost being used at high volumes....
Not sure whether to return the device. I went by all the glowing reviews and apparent customer feedback, so feel quite cheated. I also was looking to replace my Minirig3 2.1 system as one of my Minirigs failed and as mentioned earlier the Minirig app is a proper pain!
Have I bought the wrong speaker in the X600? Have I been taken in by what I can only consider are dubious reviews?
Will Soundcore show some integrity and reach out to me? I really hope so, as this is the first Soundcore product I've bought and really need to know they respect their customers and support their customer base fully.
Over to you Soundcore....please do get in touch for a chat 🙏
