Hi Kristina, sorry for the late response. The example at the 50th min was a suspected pregnancy, not confirmed and it didn't mention a unilateral pain, just abd pain. R/O ectopic could be a differential diagnosis but we don't have enough information at triage to make that call, based on the stable vital signs we could start at ESI 3. We need to confirm she is pregnant first. Now if she came in and said, "I'm pregnant, and I'm having pain on one side, and I'm spotting", then absolutely consider ectopic and make her an ESI 2. You state ectopic pregnancy is considered ESI 2 at 22:20, but later say its considered 3 at 50:45? Am i missing something
