💕 Notes:
* Although henna can have a tinting effect on hair when used in certain water-based preparations, it will not colour the hair when used in an oil based substance. However, always do a strand test first. If you would rather avoid henna, sub it with cassia.
* Amla can potentially have a darkening effect on hair, but usually only in much stronger concentrations than this recipe contains. Strand test to be sure!
* Freshly ground fenugreek seeds are most effective. I have an inexpensive coffee grinder linked on my "Hair Products I Recommend" page on my Linktree.
* If you are new to MSM or essential oils, use less to begin with. You can always add more later!

💕Herbal Hair Growth Oil Recipe🍃
Not forgotten in India. We have been doing this for 1000s of years, this is what we apply on our hair. Fenugreek, coconut oil, castor oil, neem oil, hibiscus flowers and more such oils and herbs...
Oiling has been forgotten by yt ppl. But black and Indian ppl have continued throughout the centuries and even til now. Get it right.
Africans and Asians never stopped scalp oiling. We’ve always done it.
I'm 61 and have thick thigh length hair, I've always had thick long hair, thanks mum, but only to my waist. I had to start taking 1000mg a day of B12 for medical reasons, and suddenly my hair started growing. This surprised a lot if people my age as they had been told over 50 it was hard to grow your hair long, thick and strong. So I've put it down to the B12. My husband has a bald patch at the top of his head and he started taking biotin and the har is actually growing back there and is about 1½ inches long now.
this is not accurate that oiling has been forgotten. It has never even been a western tradition. In the east, middle east and asia, no one has forgotten this. It is their life and history and culture.
Okk... Oiling hair has not been forgotten.... I'm indian i have been oiling my hair idk ever since I was born ( of course my mom did it when I was a kid) I hardly know anyone who doesn't oil their hair at least females do.
Black women and Indian women, to my knowledge, have always oiled our hair and scalp.
My hair grows quickly 75% because of diet and good nutritional food and a little haircare. The quality of your areas groundwater matters too.
This recipe is from Infia. Through the centuries Indian women have been using these ingredients to grow thick long luxurious hair
I’m Moroccan and we oil our hair too and sometimes even use henna.
Oiling is one of the self-care habits that is practiced and taught to the younger generation in India. Literally everyone oil their hair in India. Despite it being a hot country for the majority.
In eastern world 🌎, oiling is still practiced. I am from Pakistan 🇵🇰and we still use oils for scalp and body massage.😌
Scalp oil is forgotten in western cultures, mostly, in other cultures we use scalp oil always, especially, before you wash your hair
African women still do this even pan African women like myself still do this
Great summary of a much longer video.
I think another huge component of your hair growth is your pregnancies (congrats, btw!) Pregnancy puts and keeps your hair in anaphase. You take excellent care of your hair, I don't mean to diminish that at all! But pregnancy is also a wonder drug for hair :)
I got my hair cut too short and now I regret it. Desperately want to grow my hair long again
Hair oiling has only been forgotten in some cultures. Because some cultures have tight or kinky hair that does not get oily.( basically dry hair)
Congratulations on the new baby bump🩷🩷🩷 and thank you for the hair advice
