The Landspeeder was always my favorite as a kid.
I’ve actually always wanted one of those! I almost bought one for sale at my local toy shop the other day. Maybe I’ll have to rethink that and get one :). Thanks for watching 1959!

Hi Joey - falcon GOAT !! True story from my parents- Christmas Eve 1981 - after weeks of searching for a falcon which were sold out everywhere - my dad left the house at 8am jumped in his car with a yellow pages on the passenger seat drove town to town to every toy shop looking for a falcon finally after visiting every toy shop he found one but the shop owner told his it was reserved for a customer that phoned up the day before - but the shop owner agreed if the customer didn’t arrive by closing time at 6pm he could have it. So my dad sat in the toy shop for the next 3 hours waiting knowing this was is only hope … finally at 6pm the shop owner said he was closing and the falcon was his !! He then drove the 80 miles home and the next morning a very excited 6 year old played with a falcon for the first time. With no knowledge of the adventure my dad had finding it the previous day !
Wow, your dad loved you. I'm sure the joy and excitement that you showed was worth his effort.

A great top 10. The only vehicles I had as a kid was the Snowspeeder and Landspeeder. I’ve been lucky enough to pickup a few ships for restoration, which has been really fun. Stripping these toys back to pieces and putting them back together is very satisfying!!!
Wow! What have you restored so far??? That does sound like a cool project to devote some time to, I can see how hunting for the parts and restoring the details of the vehicle/ship would be totally satisfying! @@thepadawancollectorofficial TY! I’ve completed the full restoration of Vaders Tie Fighter, a Y-Wing and the Cloud Car. In progress is an X-Wing and a Snowspeeder. Just a few pieces to secure! Taking back to bare bones and then putting back together again is very satisfying indeed. Keep up the good work! 👍🏽

I have most of the vintage toys still as I did not give them away and took good care them.
All my toys are packed away as I moved recently, so looking forward to the day when I can unpack and enjoy them again.

What an amazing nice gift, a Twin Pod Cloud car! I had one in my collection and like you, only had one TPCC pilot, so just like you, I too, had to go and buy another pilot - lols. At least we know the TPCC won't be flying in circles anymore - lols.

Fantastic episode from the chicken walker, Romy and Jaws to the Falcon and Slave 1. I love the ships. Always have. But I would’ve put the A Wing in. Just personal preference. But great episode brother. Cheers

Cloud Car was lovely gift, never had one, but a friend did... Cant find my Pilot, perhaps he flew away with it!
Nice Top Ten, but the Snow Speeder would be number 2 and my personal favourite is the Imperial Troop Transport - currently resides on display with the Palitoy box it came in...the box only survived because it was my carry case for my figures, love it so much

Great list & run down Joey. I really liked that you also provided current loose complete & unsealed/sealed box prices throughout. I'm currently rounding out some loose collection stuff, including vehicles, so this video came at the perfect time. I definitely eyeballed the Imperial Shuttle many times in the toy stores as a kid. That thing was a monster! The playability of this entire line with figures of this size was genius. I think that's what makes them so fantastic even today. We actually played with these things back in the day. My childhood AT-AT was always the crown jewel of my collection and the center of many play sessions. At some point in my childhood it lost a leg. I hung on to it, of course, and then a couple years ago I was cleaning out my grandparents attic for them and found the missing leg!!! (and some other vintage toys too). I absolutely couldn't believe it. And I was able to repair the old AT-AT and get it back in perfect shape. What are the odds? I think my two favorite vehicles though were the speeder bike and the land speeder, those probably got the most play time at my house. If you can believe it, I never had the Millennium Falcon as a kid. I did pick up one in the late '90s, that's probably missing a few bits. I may have to track some of those pieces down and get it completed, but you know there's a few pieces there really impossible to find. Sweet Cloud Car - congrats on the new collection piece! Looks great in the acrylic. Never heard of a gold hat Bespin guard... The paint on your pickup looks amazing, & Romy & Joz FTW!!!!! 🤣
Thanks Mopar!!! I think the gold hat guard is an Urban legend lol. And you are correct, the entire line with the perfect size of the ships and vehicles made the playability superb! My buddy had the Falcon too in the late 70s. What a ship. Of course I wanted but it was out of my reach as a 10 year old. My favorite ship is the AT-AT and I got the vintage collection one from 2010. We’ll see if the Razor Crest I get this weekend becomes my new favorite.

I had the Twin Pod Cloud Car as a kid. Don’t have it anymore. I did not have the Pilot so I just used a Bespin Guard. It wasn’t the greatest with no electronics but I was grateful to get it back in the day. Nice list man!

Hey! My favourite ship was the t.i.e interceptor, most of the ships were short and squat for price reasons but the interceptor was the closest in scale and proportion to a film accurate vehicle.
Just don't mention the cloud car...
The canopies open and the landing gear comes down. Wow. I can't contain my enthusiasm...

I recently picked up. Vintage at at for 75 just missing cockpit cover and chin guns that’s it and is immaculate shape so I thought that was a win now time to source parts for this baby

I was lucky enough to get my AT-AT & AT-ST at a really good price from my dealer 20 & 35.
When I got home, I opened the hatch and found a vintage stormtrooper and a 1995 POTF TIE pilot driving the walker. :)

The Shuttle is my favorite. Having it on display with my 200+ Imperial Army looks awesome!!
Also the reason I think the much maligned Imperial Dignitary isn't that bad of a figure............He's essential for the Emperor's arrival!

If you are looking at toy shops, they are going to be much higher. I looked at past eBay prices and compared them to sellers on FB. But the trouble with listing prices on a video, is that they will always change, so I may just stop doing that and only list what I paid for things. I talked about an Ahsoka TVC figure that had dropped to 300-400, and now it’s back up to 500-700 in only a matter of weeks.

hmmm, some of those prices seem a little low, I have a misb slave 1 and I wouldn't even consider selling it for less than 1,000.
That’s the problem with posting prices. They will always jump up. If you look on the Star Wars Tracker and do Facebook searches for prices in 2021, that’s my data. You are right the prices are going up. I have to stop listing prices for that reason. I just listed an ahsoka for 300 and bought one and now that same ahsoka is 700 and it’s only been 1.5 months
Track down an A-Wing now. every couple months that ship goes up so the sooner ya buy it, the better. pretty soon it’s going to be a thousand dollar vehicle.
