I purchased Hi Line capsules based on your recommendation. I didn't care for them at all. They lacked the full bodied flavor aroma and taste the orignal Nespresso capsules offer. And, they're not all that much cheaper - plus Nespresso does pay shipping as I always buy 200 or more capsules and receive overnight delivery at no charge.

I used a new capsule today and the machine got blocked and the bundle wouldn't move. After a while, it was automatically turned off but I still can't move the bundle. Can anyone tell me what should I do, please?

There are many other capsules out there on the web that claim to fit these Nespresso machines. I would be very careful when buying capsules that aren't designed by Nespresso as if your machine is broken then your warranty will not cover it. For the sake of a few £'s I would just stick with the Nespresso capsules and keep your machine safe!
Tried using this machine - thanks to a roommate who owns one and it brews really nice coffee. Tried it this morning, a real nice kick start to my day:) so thank you for the demonstration. It doesn't have some drippage happening but no biggie, easy to clean and mop up.
Insert capsule, press button, brewed. There you go. Mute button broken too? Look for button on F keys or turn down volume at speakers. Want to play the flute? Blow in one end and wiggle your fingers up and down the other end. Don't come back asking how to wipe your bum.

If that is what you want to drink, then you would be better off with a $20 drip machine. The point of Nespresso machines is you get the best top 2% of coffee beans, not the bulk beans.
