I think I get the puzzle, but can't put it into practice. What it looks like is you need to get the Thwomp to activate the on off switch once to free the Yoshi from the pipe, use him to take one of the stacked springs and place it on the corner, grab the beetle and spit it towards the spring you placed down and have it bump into the on off switch underneath. Mario needs to dismount Yoshi and slide in on top of the spring, in front of the cloud as the block is being turned on and I think what's supposed to happen is the blocks shove you into the bottom spring and get you stuck like it was Yoshi. Again, can't practice that, but that looks to be the gist of how to solve it.

@Ryukahr On level LVV-WWY-1GG 9:01 you can tongue-catch the lowest spring with Yoshi by jumping next to the lowest on-off-switch block. Tongue-lick first then jump to catch the spring. Takes the right timing. After that the path is clear for you to finish. Please try my levels too. level ID: "MJW-53L-MFF" and "1JX-3J8-3DG". Spend a lot of time making them. Both levels are still uncleared. ☮️
That first level was actually a good one! The point of the On/Off switch was to open up the ceiling above the Spike (the one you could get to turn right an would throw at the spring) to let you rain icicles on his head.

I think for the Spring blocking the Goal puzzle you have Yoshi obviously get the beetle then somehow have to collect the beetle in your hands. By spitting it out and stopping in. Then it's similar to a puzzle you did on our channel before where you use the held item to glitch through that bottom spring (?) Maybe. 2nd strat is to simply have the On/Off red switch near the pipe 'Off' and have a Yoshi on the red space and force the spring down somehow
