- Today, in Automation and BeamNG.Drive, I built the ultimate cyberpunk hypercar! Watch me shirk my lemon making past and become a genius car designer in this Automation/BeamNG video. This hypercar is not only sleek and powerful, but it's also the best car I've ever made. With a 7.0L twin turbo V8 putting out over 1500HP, this supercar can doesn't even break a sweat. Will this be the winner of Autopolitan 3?

So now that you made a hyper car, I feel like it's only natural to also have a proper rally car, something that's really good off-road, to give this thing a run for it's money in offroad events.
Oh geez, I feel like if I try to make a rally car I'll just embarrass myself.

Actually looks amazing, total N Vision 74 vibes and definitely looks like it would fit right into the Cyberpunk universe.
The N Vision 74 was absolutely in my mind as I was working on this... I wish they would just put that into production!

Still messing with the editing style. There will be bumps but I had fun with it.

Many cars in Cyberpunk 2077 have asymentrical fronts, so I think your design fits quite well.
seems like you had a lot of fun with this one! been here from the beginning and THIS is what the autopolitan is all about... youve got silly cars, fun cars, stupid cars, and now engineered cars
and each of them are fun in their own way. nobody does automation like consider, even years down the line
And more shall come!
that thing is built like a koenigsegg, since they dont feel like crashing a lot of them for crash tests, they just build em indestructible (yes, koenigsegg himself said that in one of the interviews)
Honestly if DeLorean was resurrected and made a new car, this would be a pretty decent design entry

you know, now i kinda want to see other classes of cars build to this level of standard. like a rally car, offroader, economy car, and so on

I'm really digging the asymmetric grill. There's no reason all front ends need to look the same. It's a super industrial look too. The whole front grill shoudl probably stay dark though.
Great, durable ass car! I saw the interior and audibly said "Wow" lol. I would suggest on BeamNG turning the airspeed widget on. Its more accurate than the speedometer, which just measures wheel speed

Not exactly the same, but all the cars from season 3/3.5 (so the last 27? cars) will have to compete head to head in qualifiers

Really liking the idea with the chrome as well as the asymmetrical grill in combination with the lights!
Dude went from "do it your self" kinda editing style, to "a full team of people are behind this" in like two days.
edit: this car perfectly encapsulates neo classic design. Its like some mad production car from the mid 70s, which wasnt all that successful in its hay day, and o ly 50 years later someone gave it a reimagin, and kept all the quirky bits.

A person walks in from off-screen and calmly gets into the driver's seat. They put the key into the ignition, and the car dutifully starts up. The person then drives away in the smashed Kumiho.

Would really appreciate if you added metric units to your specsheets, I always have a rough estimate in my head, but having the actual on there would be cool haha. Love the work you always put in the presentation of your cars though!
I try to for key specs when I remember but translating the whole data sheet is a good bit of work lol. I'll try to more consistently translate weights and such.

Though i still wish you made a rally version of the Palma at some point. Like a Sedit Palma Evolution Turbo or smth.
I mean this is actually something I think about every time I open beam and scroll by the Palma... it's probably not gonna happen with the og Palma since the file isnt compatible with modern automation but perhaps a later iteration will get that treatment.
Consider designs the first car with a lifetime engine warranty, due to the fact that it's more likely to survive any crash that the driver could. Sure, the engine and body are durable, but without any crumple zones, your fragile human body definitely wouldn't.

I built a naturally aspirated v12 that produces 3,500hp and 3,000n thats plenty enough and it goes 400mph and it weighs 987kg and at 800 ,rpm it produces 800n of torque and its good for low rpm driving,and has very good top speed handling and good handling in general im still prototyping the car,but good car you made keep up the good content 🎉

Not a fan of the asymmetrical front end. That said It is definitely an interesting idea. Though in every other way i think it's the best car you've made. Also appreciate the fact that you are experimenting with your editing, and having some fun with it.
After years of playing this game, i still haven't learned how to tune suspension properly. No matter how much i fallow graphs, tuning guides, general advice and knowledge. So thats why no matter what o tune for oversteer and hope to god that automation does what it does best and counter balance that with unexpected understeer.

Testing first and designing second seems like a smart thing to do. You have no clue how many times i have spent 5 hours making a car with full interior, engine bay, ect just to get onto beam and have it be absolute dogshit. But hey, at least it looks cool... Didn't wanna drive it or anything...

Id love to see you redo your group B rally car (or maybe it was group A i cant remember) with the engine updates and see what you can do. Thinking 600+ HP and around 1500 lbs
It was group B... and yeah it could use a redo. I will probably do that for season 4
Insane engine warranty? Don't think you can break it? Get it up to sixth, max speed, red line, slam it back to 1st.

Other TH-camrs use it to add reactions and emotion, but your editing does that already. It ends up being more distracting than actually additive to the format
