Making Einkorn Sourdough Levain with a Semi Stiff Starter

Do you make levain for your sourdough bread items? I share on this video how I have owned the way I make the levain through my weekly bread baking practice for the last two years. Perhaps not always a perfect loaf and definitely not a professional baker but our family loves them and that's all that matters, right? :)

Another great one Jen! I’m loving making sourdough bread, only 2 months and I can’t imagine not making it now:). I helped my sister to achieve her starter- she called me today showing me that it had finally doubled and she’s thrilled! So much fun and wonderful to create healthy food with our hands.
