Hai Naga Princes. We dayak of Borneo love pork meat, both reared pork and wild boar. We are lucky that pork can be cooked in alot of ways but traditionally we love to cook pork meat inside a bamboo; pork meat cook with herbs like ginger+garlic+ lemon grass+bungkang leaves (grown wild in the jungle - vri fragrant for either reared meat/chicken or wild meat); the cleaned pork slices mix with the herbs and put into the bamboo then just cooked it over a lighted firewood. It is very delicious and smells (aroma) so good especially after you heated/cooked it two or three time over a fireplace.
What's that black stuff? At first I thought it was Anishipak. Just came across your channel...it looks great. Keep it up. I'm going to try making some of those dishes. Just subscribed to your channel.
Hey Becky !! Do you have the recipe for "Raja mircha and bamboo shoot Pickle" (Naga style). I bought a bottle from kohima...but unfortunately its finished..and it seems I'm addicted to its taste..I AM TALKING ABOUT THE PICKLE AND NOT THE CHUTNEY. It'd be very kind of you if you share this recipe.
I'm on diet but your videos tempts me.😧 Anyways, thanks much for sharing the recipe. Definitely gonna try this.🌼 And yes, in Sangtam dialect we call that (sesame seed) Züdong.🌼
@@BeckyMakesStuffs okay. btw can we use sukha bastenga(dried bamboo shoot) instead of the bamboo shoot juice? or please let me know what alternate ingredient can we use instead of bamboo shoot juice. i don't have it and where i stay it's not available
